Due giorni per chiedere informazioni e non sono ancora riuscito ad andare oltre al "buongiorno" ed ho avuto come risposta la sola "non sono io, le passo la mia collega". Devo dire che dopo i canonici 15 minuti di attesa, musichetta e telefoni che rispondono rimpallando la chiamata, la linea viene interrotta per qualche misterioso motivo. Veramente una odissea, se potete cambiate struttura. It is useless to call, the switchboard plays ping-pong replaying the call, no one knows where. Ottimo è anche il polo dentistico e il reparto fisioterapia. La responsabile della struttura persona molto professionale e sensibile. Attenti alle misure preventive covid, sala d'aspetto accogliente, erogatori bevande e snack all'interno, bagni utenza puliti, efficienza del personale addetto alla prima accoglienza, Parcheggio esterno libero con molti posti a disposizione. Quando devo risolvere un problema loro si mettono a disposizione sempre. Il personale medico è preparato e puntuale. In Bergamo I think it's the only place ever that solves any kind of problem for you. The efficiency of the Cup and the lack of waiting make it a winning pole. The dental center and the physiotherapy department are also excellent. The person in charge of the structure is very professional and sensitive. Sono stato seguito dalla Sig.ra Claudia che mi ha organizzato in breve tempo gli appuntamenti e assistito durante tutto il percorso e che ringrazio. I medici sono stati professionali e molto chiari nell’illustrarmi gli esisti durante le varie visite come pure nella visita conclusiva finale. Ritornerò sicuramente ogni anno. Consigliatissimo. E	Esther P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Valverde e segreterie del reparto visite molto gentili e disponibili. Il Dr. Valverde è un'eccellenza del settore e mi sono trovata davvero bene. Peccato che ciò non valga per il reparto di diagnostica per immagini. Segretaria (bionda) mi risponde in modo sgradevole dopo aver chiesto quando fosse il mio turno (mi risponde che se volevo potevo rimandare l'esame, come se fosse facile trovare un'ecografia in tempi accettabili). Io e un altro signore stavamo aspettando con vescica piena il nostro turno. Nel frattempo l'addetto ecografo si allontana dallo studio per una pausa...faccio presente che devo andare al lavoro e che non pensavo di dover aspettare così tanto tempo...Sarebbe bene fare presente ai pazienti dei possibili tempi lunghi di attesa in modo da potersi organizzare al meglio con lavoro e altri impegni. E inoltre sarebbe bene imparare a rispondere in modo più cordiale ai pazienti che purtroppo non possono curarsi da soli. Mi spiace sia andata così ma bisogna imparare che la forma ha la stessa importanza del contenuto, soprattutto in questi contesti. Dr. Valverde and the secretaries of the visiting department were very kind and helpful. Dr. Valverde is an industry excellence and I was really happy with it. Too bad this does not apply to the diagnostic imaging department. Secretary (blonde) replies unpleasantly after asking when it was my turn (she replies that if I wanted I could postpone the exam, as if it were easy to find an ultrasound in an acceptable time). Another gentleman and I were waiting our turn with a full bladder. In the meantime, the ultrasound operator leaves the office for a break ... I point out that I have to go to work and that I didn't think I had to wait so long ... It would be good to remind patients of the possible long waiting times in a way that to be able to better organize with work and other commitments. Furthermore, it would be good to learn to respond more cordially to patients who unfortunately cannot cure themselves. I'm sorry it went like this but we must learn that the form has the same importance as the content, especially in these contexts.

Medici bravi e disponibili. Prezzi decisamente competitivi. Non posso che consigliarlo.
