Sito referti che non funziona per 4 giorni di fila, referto non ancora disponibile online dopo 5 giorni lavorativi, quando altrove ci sono volute meno di 24 ore. Sede di Bergamo ad orari ridotti in agosto, senza che ciò sia riflesso nel sito web o Google maps, con conseguente perdita di tempo visitando fuori orario. Gioco di rimpallo per prendersi le responsabilità e costanti visite necessarie per sperare di ottenere un reperto cartaceo. Tanta apparenza e poca sostanza.
 Brand new environment and enjoyable sampling experience, but only problems getting the report. Report site that does not work for 4 days in a row, report not yet available online after 5 working days, when elsewhere it took less than 24 hours. Bergamo office at reduced hours in August, without this being reflected in the website or Google maps, resulting in wasted time visiting out of hours. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro prelievi nuovo in centro a Bergamo a due passi dall'ats. La mia ragazza è andata per un semplice prelievo ma l'infermiera gli ha bucato il braccio ben 2 volte con giorni di lividi. Per poi scoprire che l'analisi era da rifare. Spaventa perché non voleva rifarsi bucare ad oltranza, una volta convinta, andiamo qualche giorno dopo e si trova una dottoressa che in un'attimo fa' il prelievo senza problemi. E si informa su chi prima di lei gli aveva fatto il prelievo. Quindi ci vuole fortuna

Only to discover that the analysis had to be redone. It is frightening because she did not want to get punctured to the bitter end, once convinced, we go a few days later and we find a doctor who in a moment makes the blood sample without problems. And she inquires about who before her had made the sample. So it takes luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho riscontrato diversi problemi quando ho fatto il tampone. L'unica nota positiva è stata la cordialità del personale.
1. al telefono mi viene detto 48 ore per il referto, quando arrivo viene cambiato in 5 giorni dicendo che uno giorno è festivo e devo considerare 48 ore LAVORATIVE (ah quindi vi riservate il diritto di darmelo in una settimana? Non so)
2. l'operatrice che mi trafora il naso con il tampone come mai mi è successo in 2 anni di covid,
3. per creare un profilo online si devono inserire 2 codici, di cui uno mandato via sms che non mi arrivava... il servizio clienti mi ha informata che ci volevano 3 giorni per inserire il mio numero di telefono nel sistema ahah ma dai su, ma togliete sti codici e basta siamo nel 2022 ormai dai che ce la fate. Alla fine non ho mai ricevuto l'SMS ovviamente e sono dovuta andare a ritirare il referto di persona. Ah e ho dovuto mettere il numero di mia mamma perché non ho un numero italiano, mi chiedo se non avessi avuto lei... Diciamo che il sistema va rivisto proprio.
4. Spreco di carta, mi sono stati dati tipo 4 fogli di carta del tutto inutili che si potevano benissimo mandare in formato digitale.

In the end I never received the SMS of course and I had to go to collect the report in person. Ah and I had to enter my mom's number because I don't have an Italian number, I wonder if I didn't have her ... Let's just say that the system needs to be revised.
4. Waste of paper, I was given like 4 completely useless sheets of paper that could very well be sent in digital format.
