I found the service at Ananda to be faultless, as far as tampon reservations are concerned. Qualified and kind staff.

Una nota speciale va alle ragazze della reception che,nonostante il pienone e la notevole mole di lavoro,sono sempre molto carine.
I turned to Ananda both for tampons and for specialist visits and I have always had a great time, both for competence and for kindness and availability.
A special note goes to the girls at the reception who, despite the full house and the considerable amount of work, are always very nice.

Dopodiché hanno diviso la fila in tre , chi ha il carnet chi no, chi ha sintomi
Precedenza a loro discrezione, prima chi ha i sintomi( MA CHI HA I SINTOMI NON SI DEVE RIVOLGERE ALL’ASL? DA quando ci si presenta il luoghi pubblici) poi chi ha il carnet ( principalmente no vax….. bene
Una volta dentro il delirio , ammasso di gente perché il responso si aspetta dentro tutto insieme , l’unica porta chiusa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo una prenotazione a Neolalia tramite sito, già pagata per il giorno 2 gennaio 2022 alle ore 14, arrivata sul posto alle ore 13.15 ho aspettato fino alle 17.00, dopodiché me ne sono andata indignata insieme ad altre gente, poiché siamo stati divisi in due file: vaccinati e non; il tutto per essere riconosciuti e accantonati dando l'esclusiva precedenza ai non vaccinati. Inoltre durante l'attesa alla fila dei vaccinati, da parte degli addetti del centro non sono mancate calunnie varie riguardanti la nostra di vaccinarci, a mio malgrado dopo questa esperienza mi sorge qualche dubbio sulla veridicità dei risultati dei tamponi effettuati in questo sito, vista l'ostilità riservata a noi vaccinati contro alla massima disponibilità nei confronti dei non vaccinati. Chiaramente un centro gestito da no vax viste le varie preferenze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare un tampone per sicurezza (fatti 3 vaccini) e non ricevere il necessario certificato per problemi tecnici a Voi imputabili è una cosa imbarazzante (sono passate 9 ore e nessuno si è preoccupato di contattarmi). Lasciare aperti i centri preposti ai tamponi a Natale ma chiudere gli uffici che devono risolvere queste possibili inefficienze ancor di più. La prossima volta (sperando di non averne necessità) mi rivolgerò altrove.
Making a swab for safety (made 3 vaccines) and not receiving the necessary certificate for technical problems attributable to you is an embarrassing thing (9 hours have passed and no one has bothered to contact me). Leave the tampon centers open at Christmas but close the offices that have to solve these possible inefficiencies even more. Next time (hoping I don't need it) I'll look elsewhere.
