Un medico che non ha chiesto nulla e visibilmente poco interessato a capire più di tanto i problemi.
Attesa ? = avevo appuntamento alle 9:15 sono entrata alle 10:10 (con la vescica che scoppiava).
Mi dispiace ma non ci torno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale sgarbato e scocciato, anche mentre mi trovavo in coda allo sportello sentivo le segretarie maleducate al telefono con chi doveva prenotare. Ritardi notevoli fin dai primi appuntamenti del mattino e se si chiede spiegazioni rispondono di mettersi a sedere e aspettare. Ambiente freddo e poco accogliente.
Rude and annoyed staff, even while I was in the queue at the counter I could hear the rude secretaries on the phone with who had to book. Significant delays from the first appointments in the morning and if you ask for explanations they answer to sit down and wait. Cold and unwelcoming environment.

Lo fanno per mettere a proprio agio? L'intento ha prodotto il risultato opposto! Forse mentre ci si reca in un centro per effettuare analisi per possibili gravi problemi di salute non si è ben disposti a scherzare su altri argomenti delicati..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo centro per eseguire delle risonanze magnetiche, una a un piede e una alla schiena. Non avevo mai fatto questo tipo di esame e in primo luogo non sono stata informata, se non mentre mi preparavo, che durava mezz'ora. Per la RM alla schiena avevo segnalato sul modulo che viene fatto compilare all'ingresso che sono claustrofobica, facendolo anche presente alla segretaria, che mi ha detto di stare tranquilla perché il macchinario è "aperto". Quando però ho fatto la preparazione, la parte superiore del macchinario mi arrivava a meno di un palmo dal viso e, pur essendomi girata di lato, mi ha dato da subito un senso di oppressione, ansia e soffocamento che mi hanno fatto interrompere la procedura prima di iniziare.
Per quanto il personale sia cortese, manca un'adeguata informazione al paziente circa questi aspetti. Non consiglio a pazienti claustrofobici come me.

I had never had this type of exam before and in the first place I was not informed, except while I was preparing, that it lasted half an hour. For the MRI of the back I had indicated on the form that is completed at the entrance that I am claustrophobic, also pointing this out to the secretary, who told me to be calm because the machine is "open". However, when I did the preparation, the upper part of the machine reached me within a palm of my face and, although I turned to the side, it immediately gave me a sense of oppression, anxiety and suffocation that made me stop the procedure earlier. to start.
Although the staff is courteous, adequate information to the patient about these aspects is lacking. I do not recommend for claustrophobic patients like me.
