(Nonostante il leggero ritardo, 30 minuti, rispetto all'orario stabilito). * 2 stelle, per la scarsa qualità dell'immagine RM, definita tale dall'ortopedico che l'ha visionata. The rating (3 stars) derives from the average between: * 4 stars, deserved by the staff of the center, for their courtesy and professionalism, starting from acceptance, to the radiologist technician, up to the doctor who reported the magnetic resonance. Non mi era mai capitato che dopo una risonanza, dovevo attendere l' esito ma che addirittura mi ha chiamato il medico facendomi vedere le immagini al PC e mi ha spiegato l' esito dandomi consigli. s	simo 9128 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato visitato diverse volte, e ora è il momento di dirvi che: al centralino mi han sempre risposto in maniera cordiale, educata e spiegandomi i documenti da avere per velocizzare la modulistica e una volta arrivato in studio il personale è sempre di buon umore, ottimo lavoro; la risonanza invece, anche se per colpa mia che mi son addormentato e mosso sul lettino mi è stata fatta due volte senza batter ciglio senza nessuna polemica e vi ringrazio; Per l ennesima volta vi ringrazio per aver trovato un Dott. che senza fare nome si merita la D maiuscola che è stato professionale, gentile, cordiale e Onesto. Pronto? Pronto? Vabbé.. rimango ad ascoltare in sottofondo quello che dice all'altra persona al telefono e successivamente ad un paziente lì in presenza, nel frattempo continuo ad urlare pronto mi sente? Poi prende il telefono è riattacca. È successo in questo momento. Non ho proprio parole. Bad telephone service ..
