Veloci negli appuntamenti ed elastici con gli orari per persone che hanno problemi per gli orari di lavoro, consigliatissimo.... Ps il personale ti mette a proprio agio ?????????? Al di là del fatto che la "visita" è durata 5/10 minuti scarsi, il dottore mi ha trattata con sufficienza malcelata. Ho dovuto cavargli le risposte dalla bocca perchè, dopo aver sminuito quello che ero andata a mostrargli, ha refertato solo la parte di visita che avrebbe potuto far seguire un trattamento (a pagamento e non mutuabile, naturalmente) presso il centro stesso. Paradossalmente la ciste più impegnativa e da asportare in ospedale, non è stata refertata, lasciandomi con l'amaro in bocca, perchè anche il medico di base non se ne fa nulla di un referto simile. Se una persona ha problemi e deve essere aiutato o è andicappato grave oppure loro non si accorgono della necessità di avere assistenza. e meglio rivolgersi altrove. Courtesy does not dwell here. Molto gentile e professionale Beatrice, la ragazza addetta all'accoglienza. Medical center with a clean and very welcoming environment ... I went there for physiotherapy sessions and I was fine. Non trovando parcheggio ho fatto entrare mia nonna, donna di 82 anni che fa fatica a deambulare, da sola. Dopo 20 minuti di giri ho trovato parcheggio entro per aiutarla ad uscire e mi hanno detto che non posso entrare visto che è stato entrata da sola esce da sola. Ma l'educazione esiste? Anche io lavoro con il pubblico ma se a dei clienti do una risposta del genere mi licenziano! Un po' di rispetto per le persone anziane! Visto che nessuno entra in questi posti perché ne ha voglia. Il medico mi ha trattata con estrema superficialità e quasi infastidito perché non mi sono espressa con una terminologia medica. Si va dal medico appunto per avere chiarimenti su un qualsiasi problema. Inoltre, alla mia seconda richiesta ha risposto scocciato perché aveva fretta di andare a casa, perché a fine turno. Consiglio di rivolgersi altrove per una visita dermatologica, se non si ha voglia di regalare i propri soldi. 1 star exclusively for dermatology.
