I	Ilenia Mariotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo trattamento dal reparto di medicina covid 1 avevo richiesto più volte prima delle dimissioni di mamma di contattare una struttura riabilitativa suggerendo la Fondazione Raimondi di Gorla oppure la clinica Maugeri di Tradate ( perché mamma non è in grado di camminare) hanno preferito ignorare la richiesta e dimetterla quando invece con il passaggio diretto la Fondazione Raimondi l'avrebbe presa in carico (nel caso avessi dovuto chiamare io la struttura bastava dirlo) , ho anche dovuto inserire per farla rimanere ricoverata una notte in più per avere il tempo di attivare l'assistenza domiciliare e noleggiare la sedia a rotelle.....nel caso malauguratamente mamma dovesse aver bisogno di essere nuovamente ricoverata impedirò di farla tornare qui Bad treatment from the covid 1 medical ward I had requested several times before my mother's discharge to contact a rehabilitation facility suggesting the Raimondi Foundation in Gorla or the Maugeri clinic in Tradate (because the mother is unable to walk) they preferred to ignore the request and discharge it when, instead, with the direct passage the Raimondi Foundation would have taken charge (in case I had to call I the structure was enough to say), I also had to enter to make her stay hospitalized one more night to have time to activate home care and rent a wheelchair ..... in case unfortunately mom needs to be back again hospitalized I will prevent her from returning here

Prima ci forniscono le indicazioni sbagliate e per raggiungere radiologia ci fanno fare su e giù ripetutamente ( e io cammino con le stampelle!). Alla fine ci consigliano l'ascensore...che non funziona e rimaniamo chiuse dentro per ben 6 minuti non sapendo che fare. Riusciamo a uscire e ci conviene prendere di nuovo le scale. La donna addetta all'accettazione della radiologia alla quale ci rivolgiamo per informazioni ci chiude lo sportello davanti perché è troppo occupata .E arrivati in radiologia...medici e tecnici con mascherine chirurgiche abbassate. Un signore in attesa con me era in attesa da un'ora perché non trovavano il suo appuntamento , nonostante avesse pagato il ticket. Ma dove siamo finiti? But what hospital is it? What a traumatic experience today! First they give us the wrong directions and to reach radiology they make us go up and down repeatedly (and I walk on crutches!). In the end they recommend the elevator ... which doesn't work and we remain locked inside for 6 minutes not knowing what to do. We manage to get out and we better take the stairs again. The woman in charge of admitting the radiology to whom we turn for information closes the door in front of us because she is too busy. And arrived in radiology ... doctors and technicians with surgical masks lowered. A gentleman waiting with me had been waiting for an hour because they could not find his appointment, despite having paid the ticket. But where have we ended up?

Peraltro, nutro soggettiva perplessità nei confronti del sanitario operante che - molto parsimonioso per sua discrezione nella sedazione, ben lontana da quanto effettuato nell'Ospedale di Cantù - ha anche avanzato critiche sulla preparazione che- RIBADISCO - è STATA PIU' CHE SCRUPOLOSA da parte mia.. Commento finale? A mai più rivederci! Due giorni dopo portato al pronto soccorso di busto Arsizio fatta tac alla testa e hanno trovato tumore al cervello con prognosi di massimo 1 mese di vita. Evitate il pronto soccorso di Gallarate incapaci e lazzaroni con gente in coda li trovi tutti alle macchinette del caffè. Sarebbe da denunciarli tutti compreso la guardia medica che non risponde mai e il direttore che non fa niente per cambiare questo intarlazzo. My grandson visited and sent home with a migraine. Per fortuna l'intervento sembra andato bene,che alla fine è quello che conta New reconnaissance tour, unfortunately the health problem is everywhere but there are some small things that are at the base you cannot bring a pan and leave the patient like this for 2h, without even giving her toilet paper ... we are badly injured. v	vanessa del vecchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre va a fortuna ma la mia esperienza con il pronto soccorso è positiva..arrivata con ferita profonda che necessitava di punti, ho fatto poca attesa (e questa è fortuna), ho trovato personale competente e attento che mi ha seguita e medicata al meglio. Su indicazione del medico del pronto soccorso mi sono presentata dopo tre giorni per la medicazione in ambulatorio chirurgico, senza impegnativa né appuntamento, e sono comunque stata indirizzata e seguìta al meglio e in poco più di un'ora sono stata medicata e assistita ancora una volta da personale gentile attento e competente. Non so, sarà fortuna. Ma la mia esperienza con l' ospedale di Gallarate è sempre stata positiva (anche in occasione del parto e di un breve ricovero della mia bimba). Questa volta la recensione positiva se la meritano proprio! Bravi! As always it goes to luck but my experience with the emergency room is positive ... I arrived with a deep wound that needed stitches, I did little waiting (and this is luck), I found competent and attentive staff who followed me and treated me at the better. On the recommendation of the emergency room doctor, I presented myself after three days for medication in the surgery, without referral or appointment, and in any case I was addressed and followed in the best possible way and in just over an hour I was medicated and assisted once again by kind, attentive and competent staff. I don't know, it will be luck. But my experience with the Gallarate hospital is always been positive (even during childbirth and a short hospitalization of my baby). This time they deserve the positive review! Well done!

Mio padre risultato positivo al covid con polmonite acuta in atto, disorientamento e perdita di lucidità è stato completamente abbandonato a se stesso. È rimasto a digiuno e senza acqua per due giorni e maltrattato all'inverosimile. Le sue condizioni sono ovviamente peggiorate e quando abbiamo sentito da fuori la finestra le aggressioni verbali che stava subendo lo abbiamo fatto firmare per uscire e curarlo a casa. Abbiamo corso un grandissimo rischio ma in mezza giornata a casa il quadro clinico era nettamente migliorato. Se lo avessimo lasciato lì sarebbe morto in pochi giorni per incuria. He was fasted and without water for two days and abused beyond belief. His condition obviously worsened and when we heard from outside the window the verbal assaults he was undergoing we had him sign to go out and treat him at home. Detto questo trovano posto in oncologia, pur di non lasciarlo su una barella accettiamo. Il tutto condito da delle infermiere POCO professionali ( non tutti ovviamente e per fortuna oserei dire ) !!! Non vado avanti, per non essere troppo offensivo, mi limito solo a dirvi CARO OSPEDALE, un bel corso di educazione e di psicologia non vi farebbe male, perché sotto questi profili siete carenti a tal punto da consigliare agli altri, DI EVITARVI se possibile. Solo un GRAZIE di cuore alla DrSsa Morandi!! Gentile e molto professionale. Parer mio, capo subito. Il resto, MAI PIÙ !
