Il problema sta nel fatto che le operatrici del CUP sono di una SCORTESIA INIMMAGINABILE! Perché i poveri disgraziati devono avere a che fare con questi esseri?....privi di un minimo di UMANITÀ? ...che se ne vadano a fare un 'altro lavoro !!!!(se questa non è la loro vocazione !!)
Non capisco perché ,ancora dopo ANNI di lamentele...( QUESTE) sono ancora qui!

The problem lies in the fact that the operators of the CUP are of UNBELIEVABLE STUFF! Why should the poor wretches have to deal with these beings? Without a minimum of HUMANITY? ... that if they go to do another job !!!! (if this is not their vocation !!)
I don't understand why, even after YEARS of complaints ... (THESE) I'm still here!
