In attesa anche più di 15min, dopodiché si sente qualcuno che prende la chiamata e parla tranquillamente con i colleghi. Poi guarda caso cade la linea. Veramente vergognosi. And to think that there are people who get paid to make fun of people. They'd be kicked back home. Very rude. Waiting even more than 15min, after which you hear someone taking the call and talking quietly with colleagues. Then just happens the line falls. Really ashamed.

Con le voci 36 Euro tiket, 36 Euro franchigia altri 10,55 tiket. Non so che farne della franchigia non capisco il doppio tiket. Non è chiaro perché pagare dopo la visita queste spese in divenire che non seguono un listino sanitario nazionale. Per la loro mancata chiarezza e coerenza ritengo questo posto. NON CONSIGLIATO. P. S. Una sig.ra idendificatasi come responsabile mi ha telefonato dopo la recensione per dirmi che le elettromiografie vanno quantificate secondo la quantità degli impulsi. (Peccato che non è scritto da nessuna parte che si paga a impulsi, non sono in grado di dimostrare in quale protocollo è scritto che si paga a impulsi. Si paga la prestazione e non gli impulsi. Secondo loro costa 6 ai 10 Euro a impulso a discrezione di chi? ). Dice inoltre che una unica ricetta può essere comprensiva di più tiket. Nel mio caso hanno messi 3 per una elettromiografia arti superiori. Quanto alla voce "franchigia" è stato solo un errore, e che il costo è pure esatto... anzi ho anche risparmiato. Ringrazio la sig. ra per i chiarimenti e vi risparmio ogni altra considerazione. An electromyography of the upper limbs costs 40.80 with the national health tiket. I was charged double 82, 55. Personale all' accoglienza e medici ,per quanto mi riguarda , super efficienti. Ho dovuto in seguito disdirla, al telefono mi hanno detto che era annullata, ma di fatto non era vero in quanto non avendola annullata non potevo rifissarla in altra stuttura. Ho chiamato più volte ma dopo 30 minuti di attesa telefonica ho rinunciato. A	Ale Baldoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso un appuntamento per degli esami e dopo 20 giorni mi chiamano per spostare l'appuntamento in un periodo durante il quale non potrò farlo. Forse questi signori non sanno che uno prende degli impegni e si organizza in base a quelli perché crede che l'interlocutore sia una azienda seria ma mi sa che al giorno d'oggi la serietà è rara. Aggiornamento: dopo questa recensione mi hanno richiamato per propormi un'altro appuntamento che potrebbe andare bene, non mi aspettavo questa attenzione e la persona che mi ha contattato è stata sempre molto gentile. Più avanti vedrò se sarà il caso di modificare ancora la recensione, intanto aggiungo due stelle. Il giorno dell'appuntamento ci sono voluti una decina di minuti per l'accettazione e il pagamento e il medico mi stava già aspettando, in tutto sarò rimasto lì circa mezz'ora. Direi un ottimo recupero dallo scivolone iniziale e direi che un'altra stella ci sta.
