★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco presso il centro Vodafone per effettuare due semplici ricariche e il dipendente (con la scusa che avevo attivo un servizio definito inutile,verificatasi infondata)prende il mio telefono per disattivarlo. Peccato che poco dopo scopro che in realtà mi aveva attivato ben due servizi. Naturalmente ho provveduto nell'immediato a contattare l'assistenza che mi ha confermato che l'attivazione è avvenuta nel centro Vodafone ed è riuscita a disattivarmeli entrambi. Pessima esperienza. Un po' di lealtà nei confronti di quelli che sono i vostri clienti e che magari sbagliano a fidarsi troppo.
I go to the Vodafone center to make two simple top-ups and the employee (with the excuse that I had activated a service defined as useless, which proved unfounded) takes my phone to deactivate it. Too bad that shortly after I discover that I had actually activated two services. Of course, I immediately contacted the assistance who confirmed that the activation took place in the Vodafone center and managed to deactivate both. Bad experience. A little loyalty towards those who are your customers and who may be wrong to trust too much.
