Servizio pessimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever in my life I had such a bad customer experience. The lady was completely uneducated about her job. Litteraly no IT or marketing skills. She was not willing to help at all. She left me on the desk even just ignoring me when she wanted. That is rude and disrespectful. I barely hold myself there not to smash everything on the store because of the way workers behaved. Completely unprofessional and rude. My brain cannot process how in Italy i face similar situations several times. It is like people don't care here about what they do. Smh
