Pessima esperienza.
Ho preso 3 articoli,non è stato possibile fare una confezione regalo,carta da regalo messa in busta e fin qui,ci può stare anche se in un punto vendita nello stesso centro commerciale hanno fatto la confezione regalo bella ed elegante e soprattutto con il sorriso.
Neanche il prezzo voleva togliere dicendomi non facciamo queste cose !!!
Mai visto in vita mia un negozio dove quando chiedi con gentilezza di togliere il prezzo la commessa ti risponde così.
Tezenis formate le vostre commesse in modo professionale perché sicuramente chi ci perde la faccia siete voi ed è un peccato !
Impatient and unprofessional order
Bad experience.
I took 3 items, it was not possible to make a gift box, gift wrapping paper and so far, it can fit even if in a store in the same mall they made the gift box beautiful and elegant and above all with a smile .
Not even the price wanted to take away by telling me we don't do these things !!!
I have never seen a shop in my life where when you ask politely to remove the price, the saleswoman answers you like this.
Tezenis train your orders professionally because surely the one who loses face is you and it's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in negozio circa un' ora fa, nonostante ci fossero tre commesse , non è stato possibile avere aiuto. Sgarbate, maleducate, chiacchieravano tranquillamente tra di loro ( due di loro) , abbiamo chiesto cortesemente, abbiamo ricevuto una risposta scontrosa. Buongiorno e buonasera non esiste!!!!! Rivedete un attimo il personale!!!!
I was in the shop about an hour ago, although there were three orders, it was not possible to get help. Rude, rude, quietly chatted with each other (two of them), asked politely, got a grumpy response. Good morning and good evening does not exist !!!!! Review the staff for a moment !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che sono entrata in negozio alle 20.20 per acquistare dei regali alle 20.40 stavo ultimando gli acquisti e mentre ero al telefono la commessa si avvicina per chiedermi se avessi pagato con carta o contanti e fin qui mi sta bene, poi in maniera oppressiva continuava a farmi notare che erano in chiusura.. alla cassa ho poi trovato una commessa molto scortese che alla richiesta di acquisto di sacchetti per inserire i regali (io un po’ confusa cercavo di contare quanti ne servivano) mi dice con maleducazione mai vista “quanti te ne servono?!”
Io sconvolta esco dal negozio alle 20.50 incredula che ci siano persone così maleducate!
Il punto è il negozio chiude alle 21 o gli acquisti possono essere fatti fino alle 21?
Given that I entered the shop at 20.20 to buy gifts at 20.40 I was completing the purchases and while I was on the phone the saleswoman approaches to ask me if I had paid by card or cash and up to now it suits me, then in an oppressive way she continued to make me notice that they were closing .. at the cashier I then found a very rude saleswoman who at the request to purchase bags to insert the gifts (I was a bit confused trying to count how many were needed) she told me with rudeness never seen before "how many you are they needed ?! "
Upset I leave the shop at 20.50 incredulous that there are such rude people!
The point is the shop closes at 9pm or can purchases be made until 9pm?

Vicino alle casse c'è un bel cartello che pubblicizza un bel profumo in regalo per una spesa pari o superiore a € 30,00. Oggi faccio degli acquisti per un importo di € 29,98, chiedo il profumo e mi viene riferito che non ho raggiunto l'importo. Con l'aggiunta di un sacchetto di € 0.15, che avrei comprato, avrei raggiunto l'importo....ma questo non mi è stato detto. Dopo aver pagato, a mia osservazione dice "a me non importa, c'è scritto". Complimenti alla commessa per la sua cortesia e per l'interesse verso il cliente....che cliente non sarà più.

Near the cash desks there is a nice sign advertising a nice perfume as a gift for a cost of € 30.00 or more.
