★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato nel negozio per provare un paio di scarpe, il numero che mi era stato dato dato era troppo grande e il commesso si è rifiutato di darmi il numero più piccolo dicendomi che quando andavo a comprarle mi faceva provare il numero più piccolo.
Purtroppo non si possono dare 0 stelle ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio e tutto come del resto le altre catene ma o sono capitata nel giorno sbagliato o la scortesia delle commesse non ha alcuna giustificazione. Arrivo per provare due paia di scarpe in partenza di cui chiedo il numero a una donna bionda, parecchio seccata dalla cosa, me le porta e poi sparisce nel nulla, appena ricompare le chiedo se può portarmi il numero di un altro modello e mi risponde "guarda adesso proprio no" continuo per conto mio cercando negli espositori se trovo un numero come il mio almeno per provare qualcosa da sola. Dopo mezz'ora buona, stanca, chiedo a un'altra commessa (erano 2 a quanto pare) se può portarmi il numero e questa di tutta risposta mentre sta fotografando delle scarpe da bambino "sono in pausa sennò non starei qui col telefono" al che prendo lascio tutto lì a terra e me ne vado.
C'è da dire che il posto era pieno di gente ma allora la direzione non può intuire che ci sia bisogno di più personale? Quando sono uscita non c'era nessuno in negozio e nemmeno in cassa, non so cosa stessero facendo onestamente.
Avete perso un cliente, questo è poco ma sicuro.
Nice shop and everything else like the other chains but either happened on the wrong day or the rudeness of the orders has no justification. I arrive to try two pairs of shoes at the start of which I ask the number of a blonde woman, quite annoyed by the thing, she brings them to me and then disappears into nothingness, as soon as I reappear I ask her if she can bring me the number of another model and she replies " look now just not "I continue on my own looking at the exhibitors if I find a number like mine at least to try something by myself. After half an hour good, tired, I ask another saleswoman (they were 2 apparently) if she can bring me the number and this one in response while she is taking pictures of baby shoes "I'm on break otherwise I wouldn't be here with the phone" at that I take it all down there and leave.
It must be said that the place was full of people but then the management cannot guess that there is a need for more staff? When I went out there was no one in the shop or even in the cash register, I don't know what they were doing honestly.
You have lost a customer, this is little but sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella soltanto perché ho trovato uno dei ragazzi molto gentile soprattutto con mia figlia. La collega invece bassa e bionda molto scortese e seccata delle domande che le venivano fatte anche dai suoi colleghi che evidentemente si appoggiavano ai suoi consigli, perché lei aveva più esperienza.
Ma il fatto più eclatante è che ho preso un paio di scarpe fila, peraltro carissime, di un numero troppo piccolo. All'acquisto avevo chiesto se eventualmente si sarebbe potuto cambiare solo il numero ma non il modello, e la risposta ovviamente è stata positiva.
Peccato che quando sono andata per cambiare il numero (non avevo esperienza del marchio fila che calza più piccolo del normale) non avevano il numero successivo ed ho chiesto di farlo arrivare, sorpresa delle sorprese, avrebbero fatto l'ordine al negozio online e mi sarei dovuta pagare il paio di scarpe con il numero che andava bene perché online non si poteva fare un reso ma solo un acquisto ......e il numero piccolo? Le avrei tenute per bellezza immagino!
Secondo voi se lo avessi saputo sarei andata in quel negozio oppure in un altro che non fosse se lab?
Cliente certissimamente persa e spero che molta gente tenga in considerazione questa mia esperienza prima di regalare un paio di scarpe prese in questo negozio!
I only gave a star because I found one of the guys very kind especially to my daughter. Her colleague, short and blond, very rude and annoyed with the questions that were also asked by her colleagues who evidently relied on her advice, because she had more experience.
But the most striking fact is that I took a pair of shoes, however expensive, of too small a number. Upon purchase, I asked if it was possible to change only the number but not the model, and the response was obviously positive.
Too bad that when I went to change the number (I had no experience of the brand that fits smaller than normal) they did not have the next number and I asked to make it arrive, surprise of the surprises, they would have made the order at the online store and I would have had to pay for the pair of shoes with the number that was fine because online you could not make a return but only a purchase ...... and the small number? I would have kept them for beauty I guess!
In your opinion, if I had known, would I have gone to that shop or to another one that was not se lab?
Customer most certainly lost and I hope that many people take my experience into consideration before giving away a pair of shoes taken in this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho contattato il punto vendita per chiedere la disponibilità di un paio di scarpe, mi è stato detto che le scarpe sarebbero arrivate nei giorni successivi e che mi avrebbero richiamato.
non sono stato contattato da nessuno, ho preso e ho richiamato io chiedendo la disponibilità delle scarpe, mi è stato detto che loro avevano chiamato tutti quando in realtà, non era vero niente, perché anche altre persone che conosco non sono state contattate come accordato!
Tra l’altro, quando ho richiamato le scarpe erano già state vendute tutte, quindi esaurite.
sconsiglio vivamente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesse non preparate ad accogliere il cliente. In attesa, quando entriamo ci viene detto che ne potevano entrare solo due (ma noi eravamo palesemente in due). Dopo pochi metri l'altra commessa ci dice di attendere nuovamente fuori. Sembrava uno yo-yo. Deciderevi !

E soprattutto complimenti alla commessa bionda con il cerchietto brillantinoso gentilissima simpatica e molto preparata nel suo lavoro sicuramente tornerò a comprare ancora molto volentieri vi consiglio vivamente di andare in questo negozio complimenti !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 20:22 commessa con capello a caschetto biondo, era dietro alla cassa a far chiusura. La mia ragazza la chiama per ben 3 volte e lei facendo finta di non sentire, continua le sue cose. Alla quarta volta, senza degnarsi di guardarci, ci risponde infastidita di attendere, continuando a fare i suoi conti di chiusura. Dopo un pò, ancora non calcolati, decidiamo di uscire per lasciar finire le faccende ben più importanti del seguirci e di ritornare dopo qualche minuto. Fatti un'altro paio di giri e di compere, ritorniamo per chiudere i nostri acquisti (almeno 2 paia di scarpe, uno per me ed uno per la mia fidanzata) ma ci rendiamo conto che alle 20:50 la serranda risulta già abbassata nonostante l'orario di chiusura fosse le 21:00; quindi scoraggiati nell'entrare desistiamo. Mi chiedo se è questo il servizio che dovrebbe e che viene dato... Ci penseremo se tornarci o meno...

After another couple of laps and shopping, we return to close our purchases (at least 2 pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my girlfriend) but we realize that at 20:50 the shutter is already lowered despite the 'closing time was 21:00; therefore discouraged in entering we give up. I wonder if this is the service that should and is given ... We will think about whether to go back or not ...
