A	Arianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É un bel negozio ricco di tutti i tipi di abbigliamento,non solo scarpe ma anche borse ombrelli accessori,oggetti di bellezza per la donna(orecchini anelli e collane)e la bambina. Una volta ci andavo spesso,ma l'anno scorso mi è capitato di prendere un paio di stivaletti per mia figlia molto belli dopo due giorni si è rotta la cerniera,avevo ancora lo scontrino,ho provato a chiedere il cambio e gentilissimi non hanno fatto problemi e l'hanno cambiato,il secondo paio dopo tre giorni di nuovo si staccava il pezzetto della cerniera,non li ho cambiati per la seconda volta ma ho pensato che forse era un problema di fabbrica.....di certo non compro più stivali da loro...E se proprio torno a fare acquisti vado coi saldi almeno se c'è qualche danno ho speso poco. It is a nice shop full of all kinds of clothing, not only shoes but also bags, umbrellas, accessories, beauty items for women (earrings, rings and necklaces) and girls. I used to go there often, but last year I happened to get a pair of very nice boots for my daughter after two days the zipper broke, I still had the receipt, I tried to ask for the change and very kind they didn't. problems and they changed it, the second pair after three days again the piece of the zipper came off, I didn't change them for the second time but I thought that maybe it was a factory problem ..... certainly I don't buy anymore boots from them ... And if I go back to shopping I go with the sales at least if there is some damage I have spent little.

Personale super gentile e super professionale, ottima scelta i prodotti. When the staff, having finished the product you were looking for, tries to help you by suggesting you to look at other stores, but then you see the customer come back to buy another product, however proposed. Super friendly and super professional staff, excellent choice of products.
C	Cinzia Sardena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quello che non trovo giusto e che mi è capitato giorni fa, quando ho dovuto fare un cambio alle casse ti lasciano un tagliando che ripresenti al momento che hai cambiato merce e se per caso non lo trovi non ti ridanno niente o devi ripagare la merce, ma io dico quando porto scontrino non basta? come in tutte le altre parti perché devono complicarti le cose?
