★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at this store is the absolute worst. I went for a pay as you go SIM card. First of all it takes 2 hours to activate. Then the number didn't even show up on my phone. In addition, suddenly iMessages didn't work anymore on my phone. They were rude when I bought the card at first. Then when I went back to the store to fix it they were equally rude asking me "what my problem was." They couldn't get iMessage to work and blamed my phone. And refused to give a refund even though the service wasn't working at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. There is another cell company two doors down with another carrier called TIM. Much better service and activated right away with none of the issues from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff speak English here and got me set up quickly. A bit more expensive than buying a sim card in Rome, but that is typical for anything in Venice. Take note that you may need to set up an Italy APN for your phone before the data will work. The staff did not tell me about this, but some googling on my part got the job done (I have an LG)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff. I was able to purchase a pre paid SIM and get it set up in less than 5 min. Have great coverage with Vodafone all over Italy and they offer the fastest 4G speeds. What more could you ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a one month long prepaid SIM card and tourist data/voice plan here. 40 euro for 20 gb and 1000 minutes with European roaming ability. The staff were friendly and the service was good. There are some locations that sell unlimited data for one month for 20 euro so keep your eyes open if this is what you need! Side note - I stepped into the local TIM store - horrible, horrible service.
