La ragazza mi ha chiesto di scrivere la mia firma tramite l' apparecchio digitale che attaccato nel suo PC e ha rifiutato di farmi vedere il contratto prima di firmare. La ragazza mi ha detto di non preoccupare perché devo pagare solo 24.90 come richiesta invece ha aggiunto diversi servizi senza il mio consenso. Ho scoperto l'inganno dopo quasi 24 ore quando mi è arrivato la posta elettronica che la ragazza straniera nel punti vendita referisce che dovrebbe arrivare in pochi minuti sul mio cellulare appena firmo il contratto. Mi ha fatto portare a casa l'apparecchio TV entertainment e
vodafone station con sim dicendomi che sono tutti gratis e ha scritto a mano su un foglio che dovrei pagare solo 24, 90 perche non poteva stampare quello che ha scritto sul computer.
Sono tornata nel negozio il giorno successivo visto che non mi hanno consegnato il codice della pratica e non mi è arrivato l' email del contratto.
Grande professionalità nel Vodafone store a Monza che mi hanno aiutato a restituire l'apparecchio vodafone visto che a Gran Giussano hanno rifiutato di risolvere il loro operato storto.
Not reliable. I was deceived by this center as it lacks transparency and respect towards customers. The girl asked me to write my signature through the digital device that I plugged into her PC and refused to show me the contract before signing. The girl told me not to worry because I only have to pay 24.90 as a request instead she added several services without my consent. I discovered the deception after almost 24 hours when I received the e-mail that the foreign girl in the store reports that it should arrive in a few minutes on my mobile as soon as I sign the contract. He made me take home the TV entertainment and
vodafone station with sim telling me that they are all free and he wrote by hand on a sheet that I should pay only 24.90 because he could not print what he wrote on the computer.
I went back to the shop the next day as they did not give me the case code and I did not receive the contract email.
Great professionalism in the Vodafone store in Monza that helped me to return the vodafone device as they refused to solve their wrong work in Gran Giussano.

Gentilissimi, l'unica aspettativa che si può avere acquistando una SIM - prodotto a bassissimo valore aggiunto - è la trasparenza.
Se mi dite che le informazioni sul sito ufficiale di Vodafone sono errate e l'attivazione ha un costo di 30 euro, vi credo. Se l'unico scontrino che mi lasciate è della sola ricarica di 20 euro, qualcosa non torna.
Se telefono alla Vodafone e mi confermano che di fatto nessun costo di attivazione è previsto per quella SIM, comincio a sospettare.
Se torno in negozio e mi dite che quei 30 euro di attivazione sono una vostra tariffa di negozio, definita da voi (lecitamente, ci mancherebbe), è palese che non siete stati trasparenti celando la cosa all'atto dell'acquisto
Infine, se mi dite che mi farete chiamare dal responsabile del punto vendita e nessuno mi chiama, avete poco da dispiacervi: siate trasparenti, è l'unica cosa che vi si richiedere.

If you tell me that the information on the official Vodafone website is incorrect and the activation costs 30 euros, I believe you. If the only receipt you leave me is for the 20 euro top-up, something is not right.
If I call Vodafone and they confirm that in fact no activation costs are foreseen for that SIM, I begin to suspect.
If I go back to the shop and you tell me that those 30 euros of activation are your shop rate, defined by you (lawfully, God forbid), it is clear that you were not transparent hiding the thing at the time of purchase.
Finally, if you tell me that you will have the store manager call me and no one calls me, you have little to regret: be transparent, it is the only thing that is required of you.
