L addetto a cui mi sono rivolto oltre che non essere stato in grado di risolvere il problema, mi ha subito liquidato dicendomi di rivolgermi al numero verde Vodafone in quanto loro - come negozio Vodafone - non erano in grado di poterlo tecnicamente risolvere.??? ‼️ A questo sgarbatissimo addetto con pochissima voglia di applicarsi nel proprio lavoro vorrei comunicare che subito dopo mi sono rivolto ad un altro negozio Vodafone dove al contrario ho avuto modo di conoscere del personale preparato e gentile che in breve tempo ê riuscito a risolvere il problema. ‼️. ‼️ Di sicuro non mi rivolgerò mai più a questo negozio Vodafone e se vi sono dei titolari consiglio loro di vigilare sull operato dei propri addetti. ‼️ Bad experience. ‼ ️ I went to this shop for a simple SIM change. Dopo un anno ancora mi arrivano da pagare cose inesistenti. Rispecchiano a pieno le politiche attuate da Vodafone. Unprepared, incompetent and too clever. Obviously at the expense of the customer. Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e con il sorriso sulle labbra (ultimamente non è da tutti). Sono stato seguito passo dopo passo in tutte le procedure e hanno soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste molto rapidamente. Efficienza e professionalità che non si trova dappertutto.
