★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata alle ore 9.30 presso il negozio ( tra l'altro senza un parcheggio x i clienti) trovato negozio chiuso idem 9.35 e 9.40 finalmente alle ore 9.45 il negozio e stato aperto. Alleluja !! Ho fatto presente all'addetto che il cartello riportava apertura ore 9.30 e pertanto un po in ritardo. Onestamente mi aspettavo una reazione diversa verso i clienti. almeno di scuse per il ritardo cosi si fa di solito tra le persone normali!!! Invece il ragazzo mi ha aggredito e praticamente messa alla porta. Ringrazio del trattamento e permettetemi una riflessione: I clienti non si trattano cosi' e comunque prima di gestire un negozio bisognerebbe fare dei corsi per imparare la buona educazione!! Certe persone non sono in grado psicologicamente di gestire un negozio di stare dietro un bancone ed ad avere a che fare con delle persone, ha invece bisogno di cure. Comunque avete perso un cliente e chissa quanti altri perderete. La mia valutazione e 0.
I went to the shop at 9.30 am (among other things without a parking lot for customers) found the shop closed at the same time 9.35 and 9.40 am finally at 9.45 am the shop was opened. Hallelujah !! I pointed out to the attendant that the sign reported opening at 9.30 and therefore a little late. I honestly expected a different reaction from customers. at least of apologies for the delay so it is usually done among normal people !!! Instead the boy attacked me and practically put me on the door. I thank the treatment and allow me to reflect: Customers are not treated like this and in any case before running a shop you should take courses to learn good education !! Some people are not psychologically able to run a shop to stand behind a counter and to deal with people, instead they need treatment. However, you have lost a customer and who knows how many others you will lose. My rating is 0.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno fatto perdere molto tempo e soldi, nascondendosi sempre dietro scuse e motivazioni poco credibili,smentite anche dal negozio che alla fine mi ha finalmente risolto il problema.
Davvero degli incompetenti.
Non hanno neanche avuto l'umiltà di ammettere l'errore nonostante io gli abbia successivamente dimostrato che avevano fatto un controllo errato dei componenti del PC..
They made me waste a lot of time and money, always hiding behind unlikely excuses and motivations, also denied by the shop that finally solved the problem for me.
Really incompetent.
They didn't even have the humility to admit the mistake even though I later showed them that they had done a wrong check of the PC components ..
