★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il pc da loro per un problema con la scheda video ed ho incontrato un tecnico gentile e preparato(e' stato l'unico a suggerirmi il possibile motivo dell'errore del driver video) e quindi sotto questo aspetto nulla da eccepire....solo che dopo aver lasciato loro il computer sono stato ricontattato ed informato che, a causa di problemi con il loro fornitore di schede video, avrei dovuto aspettare diverse settimane per riavere il pc e che quindi avevo la possibilita',se non avessi voluto aspettare tutto quel tempo,di tornare da loro e riprendermelo,non riparato chiaramente, e senza alcun addebito,...ed e' cio' che ho fatto chiaramente, non potendo aspettare cosi' tanto.Quindi, trando le somme, ringrazio per la loro onesta' e franchezza, ma mi sento di consigliare loro di cambiare il fornitore di componenti hardware.
 I brought the pc to them for a problem with the video card and I met a nice and knowledgeable technician (it was the only one to suggest the possible reason for the video driver error) and therefore in this respect nothing to complain about .. ..just that after leaving them the computer I was contacted and informed that, due to problems with their video card provider, I would have to wait several weeks to get my PC back and then I had the chance, if I didn't want to wait all that time, to come back to them and get it back, not repaired clearly, and without any charge, ... and that's what I clearly did, not being able to wait so long. So, taking the sums, I thank you for the their honesty and frankness, but I would advise them to change the hardware supplier.
