Ho effettuato un reclamo al punto vendita ma non me le hanno sostituite,mi dovevano riconoscere un buono sconto che non mi hanno mai consegnato.
I bought underpants that came unstitched on the first wash.
I made a complaint at the store but they did not replace them, they had to recognize me a discount voucher that they never gave me.

Good evening, I have to contradict her ... I had a problem with a bra and the very kind staff changed it to me .. I showed up after 4 days with box and receipt and they didn't object to replace it.

Very kind staff that helps in the choice giving useful advice. Wide range of pajamas for men / women a little less for children. With feminine underwear you can indulge yourself. Great prices.
