La cartoleria in sé é sicuramente attraente...peccato per la titolare...che nn sa proprio cosa sia l'orientamento cliente.
I fatti: entro con la mia bimba di 6 anni, al mio buongiorno sento a ripetizione "non toccare, non toccare, non toccare "...la mia bimba stava guardando una scatola di pennarelli Giotto...al che ringrazio e dico a mia figlia di uscire...Mi sento dire: "é allora cosa é entrata a fare"?

I agree with Alex's review.
The stationery itself is certainly attractive ... a pity for the owner ... who doesn't really know what customer orientation is.
The facts: I go in with my 6-year-old daughter, on my good morning I hear over and over "don't touch, don't touch, don't touch" ... my daughter was looking at a box of Giotto markers ... to which I thank and say to my daughter to go out ... I hear myself say: "So what did she come in to do"?
