Mi sposto un po' su la destra per guadagnare qc centimetri, lontana da quella persona. La commessa saputella mi dice che devo stare al mio posto e che si toglie lei la maschera, così capisco...!!!????? Forse è lei che non ha capito che anche per i clienti devono esserci le regole! Poi addirittura l offerta che mi hanno inviato per SMS non me la può fare..... Da EVITARE!!!!!
Sono stata a seregno Santa Valeria a Vicos, e il signor mi ha fatto l offerta senza nessun problema ..... "Voglia di lavorare saltami addosso che mi sposto" ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un mese fa Wind TRE Cube. Dispositivo difettoso con internet non funzionante. Servizio assistenza telefonica praticamente inutile. Mi sono recata presso il negozio tre volte senza risolvere nulla. Il dispositivo difettoso se va in assistenza, viene riconsegnato dopo un mese e mezzo e non vengono dati nel frattempo dispositivi sostitutivi. Sconsiglio fortunatamente l'acquisto del prodotto.
I bought Wind TRE Cube a month ago. Defective device with broken internet. Telephone support service practically useless. I went to the store three times without solving anything. If the defective device goes into service, it is returned after a month and a half and no replacement devices are given in the meantime. Fortunately I do not recommend purchasing the product.

Maleducato e non ha rispetto delle persone, oltre ad essere molto aggressivo verbalmente e dico solo che l'attesa è stata di oltre 30 minuti, perché la collega era in pausa.
Aaaa domenicavo NON ho risolto il mio problema!!! Cambiate personale non è la prima volta che questa persona si comporta così e non solo con me ho già visto in passato comporti simili!!!
L'unica cosa che dice chiami il 159!!!

Ho fatto un contratto per un telefono cell gratis con un nuovo contratto e in fattura mi ritrovo delle voci varie addebitate in pratica stiamo pagando il cellulare.
Non si fa così bisogna essere chiari e precisi nelle offerte.
Sia la commessa che il responsabile demandano il problema al159 in praticamente loro se ne sono lavato le mani .

Cosa metteno a fare il servizio recensioni se poi non te la pubblicano e la fanno sparire....penso che quello che ha pubblicato il mio amico abbia fatto male perché è verità...mah..
Few serious ... a friend of mine puts a review to report the Wind shop in Giussano and what they do to it, they block it by deleting the review. I wonder why? What do I put into the review service if they don't publish it and make it disappear .... I think what my friend posted hurt because it's the truth ... well ...
