★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza. I miei genitori di 81 anni, sono andati per un problema a whatsapp che poi si e' scoperto non dipendeva da loro e non bisognava fare niente. Invece che spiegarglielo gli ha fatto pagare 10 euro per aggiornamenti non necessari e li ha fatti cambiare il contratto e fatto sottoscrivere uno piu costoso e con piu GB con un altro operatore.. nonostante non usino i dati dal cellulare..Credo che queste pratiche scorrette non si dovrebbero fare con persone di una certa eta che non si rendono conto di quello che hanno firmato.
Molto deluso sul piano umano... Non pensavo ci fossero persone capaci di tanto...
Very bad experience. My 81-year-old parents went for a whatsapp problem which it turned out was not up to them and nothing needed to be done. Instead of explaining it to them, he made them pay 10 euros for unnecessary updates and made them change the contract and signed a more expensive one with more GB with another operator .. despite not using the data from their mobile phone .. I believe that these unfair practices it should not be done with people of a certain age who do not realize what they have signed.
Very disappointed on a human level ... I didn't think there were people capable of that ...
