E meno male che con la fibra era impossibile avere problemi con la linea..... SERVIZIO PESSIMO, LO SCONSIGLIO TOTALMENTE !!!! Assistance services completely non-existent. Today, February 4, 2021 it is from 7.30 am that 2 people with 2 mobile phones try to contact 187. Hours lost x nothing. And thank goodness that with the fiber it was impossible to have problems with the line ..... BAD SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TOTALLY !!!!

Con quello che si fa pagare la tim..... Ogni volta che ci vai ci devi perdere almeno mezz'ora... What a drag ..... There is always a queue .... Slow service ... Not the fault of those who work there but on the busiest days at least put 2 clerks ..... With what you pay for the tim ..... Every time you go there you have to lose at least half an hour ...

Staff absolutely unprepared and "annoyed" by customers so much so that yesterday I clearly expressed my disapproval for the lack of courtesy and for the truly unprofessional ways and I went out ... I do not recommend it !!!
