 I went for an online retreat and found the staff to be friendly and professional. The shop is tidy and clean. I will definitely be back.

Diverse volte mi sono recata in questo negozio e il 90% del personale è cordiale e sa consigliarti sugli acquisti, ma arrivi in cassa e tutta la gentilezza è stata persa!!!! Le ragazze alle casse sono PESSIME!! Ho acquistato un articolo che allo scaffale aveva un prezzo e in cassa un altro, me ne sono accorta dopo il pagamento l'ho fatto notare e con MOLTO DISAPPUNTO e MOLTE SMORFIE sotto la mascherina hanno controllato il prezzo e molto arrogantemente mi hanno restituito i soldi ma nemmeno una scusa o altro per il disguido!!

Several times I went to this shop and 90% of the staff are friendly and can advise you on purchases, but you arrive at the cashier and all kindness has been lost !!!! The girls at the checkout are BAD !! I bought an item that had a price on the shelf and another in the cashier, I realized it after the payment I pointed it out and with VERY UNSUITABLE and MANY SMURPHES under the mask they checked the price and very arrogantly they gave me back the money but not even an apology or anything else for the mistake !!
