T	Ti To on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiorno la recensione per dare un quadro completo e utile a tutti, poi BigMat può essere d'accordo o no, poco importa: E' molto ben fornito, ma dovete sapere già cosa vi serve precisamente intendo proprio come quantità di materiale e il nome esatto del cemento/colla... Io volevo un pavimento nel box moto facile da mettere e liscio, mi ero informato e volevo usare cementi autolivellanti o resine, ma li poi mi sono fatto consigliare e convincere ed ho avuto problemi. Il prodotto era completamente spagliato per quel lavoro, fatica assurda per stenderlo e risultato pessimo. Sono anche ritornato non per lamentarmi ma per dirgli il problema e sapere la soluzione, secondo lui andava tolto e rifatto con lo stesso identico prodotto e che ho sbagliato io ad applicare e mi ha dato altre istruzioni rispetto a quelle sul sacco. Va bene può essere, così rifaccio una prova su 1m x 1m con il materiale avanzato, niente da fare ancora peggio. Non sono più ritornato Ho dovuto rimuovere lo strato con il martello pneumatico, na faticaccia, e a rifare il tutto come consigliato da MAPEI, morale della favola dovevo fare fin dall'inizio con il prodotto che dicevo io che era corretto e creato per quell'applicazione. Bisogna andare già convinti di quello che serve e da prendere, informatevi priva sui siti delle marche. Poi su di lui come persona non ho niente da dire, è gentile ed è sicuramente una brava persona ma a me in buona fede mi ha consigliato e dato istruzioni proprio sbagliate che non centravano niente con il mio scopo. Tra tutti i negozi abbiamo scelto loro appunto perché lo avevano disponibile da subito e quindi in una decina di giorni ci sarebbe arrivato. Abbiamo aspettato fino lunedí 20 dicembre dove, dopo non aver ricevuto nessuna informazione sulla spedizione, abbiamo mandato una mail e ci é stato risposto che il prodotto non era piú disponibile vista la numerosa richiesta e quindi era spedibile tra fine anno e gennaio 2022. Se un prodotto al momento del ordine viene segnato come disponibile e successivamente per qualsiasi motivo non lo é, sarebbe cortese almeno avvertire in modo che la gente puó fare di conseguenza. Per lo meno ci é stato rimborsato l'acquisto. On December 16th, we placed an order for a product on their website as a Christmas present.
