Mi aspettavo che in un centro anziani la gentilezza fosse una priorità ma a quanto pare no. Visto che si era chiesta giusto un informazione, non c'era per nulla bisogno di urlare per di più davanti ad altra gente. A dir poco allibita. The concierge Stefania that in terms of education leaves something to be desired. I expected kindness to be a priority in an elderly center but apparently not. Ma non solo :tutta la struttura e fondata su valori veri,sani, quali l'accoglienza l'integrazione il far sentire ogni ospite ben voluto. Unica pecca (proprio se si vuole trovare il classico pelo nell'uovo)una delle addette alla porrineria:non adatta ,per atteggiamenti e modi di fare arroganti e sopra le righe, a far parte di uno staff a dir poco perfetto. 5 stars to the intermediate care department .. But not only that: the whole structure is based on true, healthy values, such as hospitality, integration, making every guest feel well-liked. One flaw (just if you want to find the classic egg coat) one of the clerks: not suitable, for arrogant and over-the-top attitudes and ways of doing things, to be part of a staff that is nothing short of perfect.

Frisia che da oltre 50 anni opera per offrire il meglio dell’assistenza agli anziani è sicuramente un buon esempio di buona sanità in Brianza e in Lombardia. L’Istituto dispone di sei unità operative di residenza, con interni moderni e funzionali. Le stanze sono tutte dotate di aria condizionata, televisore e servizi igienici attrezzati all’utilizzo di persone disabili. Comuni a tutte le unità di degenza ,sono le aree infermieristiche,la sala da pranzo e la palestra.Giardino esterno con piante quasi secolari circonda la struttura. L’Istituto Frisia è dotato inoltre della chiesa per le funzioni religiose. The geriatric and rehabilitation institute G. e C. Frisia which has been working for over 50 years to offer the best in care for the elderly is certainly a good example of good health in Brianza and Lombardy. The Institute has six operational units of residence, with modern and functional interiors. The rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, television and toilets equipped for disabled people. Common to all the hospital units, are the nursing areas, the dining room and the gym. The outdoor garden with almost centuries-old plants surrounds the structure. The Friesland Institute also has a church for religious services.

Sono simpatici i ragazzi che consegnano le biancheria e la portinaia del mattino che, nel suo piccolo, ha fatto il possibile per aiutarmi. 100 pt a lei, il resto, vergogna! Rude staff, not at all willing to help and meet people. Not even on Christmas Eve! The guys who deliver the linen are nice and the morning concierge who, in her small way, did everything possible to help me. 100 pt to her, the rest, shame!
E	Emanuela Pedron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto cure intermedie ottimo dal punto di vista assistenziale (Infermiere, fisioterapisti, operatori) pessimo per quanto riguarda la parte medica seguita dal Dottor Quaranta ... non ha mai quasi visitato il paziente che è stato dimesso senza nessuna spiegazione per quanto riguarda le cure domiciliari. Intermediate care department excellent from the point of view of assistance (Nurses, physiotherapists, operators) very bad as regards the medical part followed by Doctor Quaranta ... has almost never visited the patient who was discharged without any explanation regarding home care .

Rsa che dipende dalla struttura di Milano gestita in maniera dubbiosa ,7 mesi di degenza e siamo riusciti solo tre volte a vedere la nostra parente...vergognoso !!!! centraliniste maleducate, quasi impossibile prendere appuntamenti con una certa frequenza , sotto Natale poi non parliamone. Manca una sala incontri per questo periodo covid, ne basterebbe anche una piccola divisa da un plexiglas senza dover, anche con il green pass dover fare tutte le volte il tampone. Posso capire il lavoro ,sicuramente duro ma il tatto umano è solo per pochi operatori,chi dirige la struttura sicuramente zero. From a sanitary point of view, nothing to say, rooms tidy and clean. Rsa which depends on the structure in Milan managed in a dubious manner, 7 months of hospitalization and we were only able to see our relative three times ... shameful !!!! rude receptionists, almost impossible to make appointments with a certain frequency, then we do not talk about Christmas. There is no meeting room for this covid period, even a small Plexiglas uniform would be enough without having to swab every time, even with the green pass. I can understand the work, certainly hard but the human touch is only for a few operators, who directs the structure certainly zero.
