I think acceptance is a business card of the facility. So you need friendly staff who patiently give all the necessary information to users. As far as I'm concerned this is not, unfriendly and rude staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato all'ospedale di Merate appositamente da Milano e più precisamente al poliambulatorio per una endoscopia nasale con fibre ottiche. Accoglienza molto gentile da parte della signora Laura ad uno degli sportelli. Il dottor Sergio che mi ha fatto l'esame davvero competente e risolutivo. Simpatica e sorridente la sua collega infermiera Natalia. Insomma tutto soddisfacente.
I went to the Merate hospital specifically from Milan and more precisely to the outpatient clinic for a nasal endoscopy with optical fibers. Very kind welcome from Mrs. Laura at one of the counters. Doctor Sergio who gave me the really competent and decisive exam. His colleague nurse Natalia is nice and smiling. In short, all satisfactory.
