★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potessero dare zero stelle lo farei. Io e la mia amica siamo state lì domenica a pranzo e preciso che era la seconda volta che mi recavo lì per una riparazione. La prima volta il PC non funzionava e questa volta mi è stato invece risposto che il gioielliere era già in ferie quindi di tornare a settembre perché non era un "problema serio" come il Covid (?????). Commessa di una maleducazione e arroganza inverosimile, la mia amica che aveva acquistato sempre da Stroil a Monza un orologio ha chiesto come poterlo pulire perché si era annerito e la "commessa" ha risposto che non poteva stare - lì a grattarlo fino a sera!!! - Ma stiamo scherzando???? Alla fine (per essere EDUCATE) siamo andate a spendere i nostri soldi nella gioielleria più avanti, credo si chiami d'Amante, dove siamo state trattate come dovrebbe essere trattato qualsiasi cliente. E faccio la commessa anche io.. Speriamo vengano presi provvedimenti!
If you could give zero stars I would. My friend and I stayed there on Sunday for lunch and it was the second time that I went there for a repair. The first time the PC did not work and this time I was instead told that the jeweler was already on vacation so to return in September because it was not a "serious problem" like Covid (?????). Shop assistant of impolite rudeness and arrogance, my friend who had always purchased a watch from Stroil in Monza asked how to clean it because it had blackened and the "saleswoman" replied that she could not stay - there to scratch it until the evening !! ! - Are we joking???? In the end (to be EDUCATED) we went to spend our money in jewelry later, I think it's called d'Amante, where we were treated as any customer should be treated. And I do the job too .. We hope that action will be taken!
