Un disastro, competenza e cordialità dovrebbero essere i due principi fondamentali che aimè questa persona mancano completamente

Ho portato a stringere un anello che mi è stato regalato da mia mamma (era suo di quando era giovane) in oro e brillanti (per la precisione 5 piccoli diamanti).
Settimana scorsa ho ritirato l'anello, esattamente il mattino dopo mi è saltata una pietra...per fortuna la pietra era saltata mentre stavo lavorando alla scrivania, l'ho quindi ritrovata qualche minuto più tardi, dopo essermi fatta un bel pianto per la paura di averla persa per strada.
Avevo detto espressamente che era l'unico oggetto di valore in mio possesso (oltre al valore sentimentale)...chi lavora nel vostro laboratorio avrebbe dovuto almeno controllare la sicurezza delle griffe dopo averci lavorato. Mi spiace molto ma non tornerò mai più.
I put 2 stars only because the orders are always kind.
I took to tighten a ring that was given to me by my mother (it was hers when she was young) in gold and diamonds (to be precise 5 small diamonds).
Last week I picked up the ring, exactly the next morning I jumped a stone ... luckily the stone had jumped while I was working at the desk, so I found it a few minutes later, after having had a good cry for the fear of having lost it on the way.
I had expressly said that it was the only object of value in my possession (besides sentimental value) ... whoever works in your workshop should have at least checked the safety of the labels after working on them. I am very sorry but I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIATA. Sono stata in questo negozio per sostituire la pila ad un orologio da collezione. Nel cambiarla mi hanno danneggiato il fondello e le incisioni presenti su esso. Dopo averlo fatto presente mi hanno offerto gratuitamente una lucidatura presso il loro laboratorio ed ho accettato. L’orologio è rientrato dopo TRE settimane con il fondello (in origine lucido a specchio) brutalmente spazzolato e in condizioni peggiori di prima. La risposta della commessa è stata “non so che dirle”. Complimenti per la professionalità.
NOT RECOMMENDED. I went to this shop to replace the battery for a collector's watch. When changing it, I damaged the caseback and the engravings on it. After having pointed this out, they offered me a free polish at their workshop and I accepted. The watch returned after THREE weeks with the caseback (originally mirror polished) brutally brushed and in worse condition than before. The saleswoman's response was "I don't know what to say". Congratulations on the professionalism.
