Ma è mai possibile che uno acquistata un occhiale da vista e non ti danno neanche un astuccio . Roba da non credere. The staff in particular Marica deserve a nice 10+ owners of the Nau 01. P	Paola Bertoldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che le commesse sono gentili ed educate, per quanto riguarda gli occhiali da vista purtroppo non sono soddisfatta, poca chiarezza, occhiali completamente sbagliati, dunque da rifare, ed essendo lenti progressive che uso per lavoro devono essere perfetti, gli occhiali che ti mettono per misurarti la vista sono con dei naselli in plastica durissima e senti dolore mentre dovresti essere completamente rilassata, la cosa che mi ha infastidito parecchio è il comportamento "poco limpido" della Responsabile. Colpa mia a farmi fare occhiali così importanti in questi posti creati solo per vendere con tattiche studiate a tavolino senza pensare alla qualità e competenza. I must say that the shop assistants are kind and polite, unfortunately I am not satisfied with eyeglasses, lack of clarity, completely wrong glasses, therefore to be redone, and being progressive lenses that I use for work they must be perfect, the glasses that you wear to measure your eyesight I have very hard plastic nose pads and you feel pain while you should be completely relaxed, the thing that bothered me a lot is the "not very clear" behavior of the Manager. My fault for making me make such important glasses in these places created only to sell with tactics studied at the table without thinking about quality and competence.
