★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi sono recata nel tezenis che si trova nel centro commerciale di lentate ho acquistato diversi capi e dopo aver pagato mi accorgo che la "comessa" mi ha "gentilmente" appallottolato tutti i miei acquisti riponendoli nel sacchetto.A mio avviso gesto di poca professionalita' e serietà.
Davvero un pessimo servizio.
 This morning I went to the tezenis which is located in the shopping center in Lentate, I bought several items and after paying I realize that the "saleswoman" "kindly" rolled up all my purchases and put them in the bag. professionalism and seriousness.
Really bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, è in assoluto il negozio peggiore in cui mi sia trovata. Mi riferisco al negozio Tezenis sito nel Centro Commerciale Bennet di Lentate sul Seveso.
Il personale è assolutamente impreparato nelle procedure base.
Racconto nello specifico:
ieri mi sono recata presso il negozio tra le 14.30 e le 15.30, e dopo aver deciso di acquistare un copricostume al prezzo di 9.90 ben segnalato da un cartello, mi sono recata in cassa e mi è stato comunicato un prezzo maggiore, dicendomi che avrei dovuto guardate il cartellino ( n.b nel cartello più grande non c' era scritto la voce da tot a tot ad eventuale giustifica del loro ragionamento ) .
A quel punto mi rifiuto di acquistarlo, e vengo costretta a pagare ( la commessa aveva preso la banconota da Euro 50,00 e sosteneva di non potermi dare indietro i soldi, a suo dire si sarebbe trattato di un reso che loro possono effettuare solo con la merce e non in soldi ) .
A questo punto, interviene il mio legale telefonicamente, e magicamente a quel punto gli viene detto che mi avrebbero fatto il reso dei soldi, mettendo in discussione la mia onestà di parola.
La cosa più grave, è stato il fatto che una volta rientrata in negozio per riprendere i soldi, la commessa aveva tolto il cartello sapendo benissimo che avrebbe dovuto vendermi il capo al prezzo esposto.
Sta di fatto che non metterò più piede in quel negozio, visto il trattamento riservato al cliente ( una persona più ingenua avrebbe lasciato perdere ) .

Good morning, it is by far the worst shop I have ever found myself in. I refer to the Tezenis store located in the Bennet shopping center in Lentate sul Seveso.
The staff is absolutely unprepared in the basic procedures.
Specifically:
yesterday I went to the shop between 14.30 and 15.30, and after deciding to buy a cover-up at the price of 9.90 well indicated by a sign, I went to the cashier and I was informed of a higher price, saying that I should have look at the tag (nb in the largest cartel there was no entry from tot to tot to justify their reasoning, if any).
At that point I refuse to buy it, and I am forced to pay (the order had taken the € 50.00 banknote and claimed that I could not give back the money, he said it would have been a return that they can only make with the goods and not in money).
At this point, my attorney intervenes by phone, and magically at that point he is told that they would give me back the money, questioning my honesty.
The most serious thing was the fact that once she returned to the store to get the money back, the saleswoman had removed the sign knowing full well that she would have to sell me the item at the price shown.
The fact is that I will no longer set foot in that shop, given the treatment reserved for the customer (a more naive person would have given up).
