Cordialità, professionalità e sorriso non mancano mai!
Peccato che a pochi metri abbiano piazzato un banchetto Tim che danneggia l immagine del punto vendita. Volevano farmi chiudere la mia linea di casa per farne e aprire un altra!!!!
Per fortuna poi al negozio mi hanno detto che sarei in incappato in una penale superiore ai 200€!!!

Friendliness, professionalism and a smile never fail!
Too bad that a few meters away they placed a Tim banquet that damages the image of the store. They wanted me to close my house line to make another one and open another one !!!!
Luckily then at the store they told me that I would be in a penalty of over € 200 !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e poco preparato...cellulare in blocco bastava un semplice reset per sbloccarlo... (ciò che ho fatto premettendo che Non era il mio ma di mia suocera e che si era presentata con il dispositivo in blocco in negozio da sola) risultato finale rifilato un cellulare nuovo...quando è stato fatto notare il tutto risposta secca :non siamo tecnici ma venditori... io aggiungerei di basso profilo... non fatevi fregare gente
Rude and unprepared staff ... cell phone in block was enough a simple reset to unlock it ... (what I did by premising that it was not mine but my mother-in-law and that she presented herself with the device in block in the shop alone) final result trimmed a new cellphone ... when it was pointed out the whole dry answer: we are not technicians but sellers ... I would add low profile ... do not be fooled people

Ah ci fossero più commessi così.. complimenti allo staff
I went to the tim shop in Lentate a few days ago to solve a technical problem with my iPhone 11 Pro max .. I ran into a very kind girl, Anna I think her name was, very polite, friendly, she fixed everything for me immediately! Ah there were more salesmen like this .. congratulations to the staff
