★ ★ ★ ★ ★ esperienza pessima nella zona di Rovigo. una volta fatto il contratto i problemi sono tuoi. ho chiamato io per sistemare tutto. sicuramente non ripeterei l'esperienza. molto negativa, nervoso e perdita di tempo per sistemare tutto.

Il mio contratto da 25 euro mese è passato a più del doppio!

ci consiglia di fare esposti contro tim.vergognoso!

Spero tanto in una lenta agonia e che prima di sottoscrivere contratti con loro le persone perbene leggano tutte queste fantastiche recensioni
Incapable and arrogant. They just try to sell and then zero assistance and soaring costs, indeed it's up to you to continually call 191 when they should fix things. I really hope for a slow death and that before signing contracts with them, good people will read all these fantastic reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima in zona UDINE (Cervignano del Friuli ) , l'agente incaricato della visita non si è presentato , dopo un ora di attesa facciamo diverse telefonate alla sede centrale per capire cosa potesse essere successo , ci viene risposto dalla gentile signorina che non sanno cosa dirci e ci viene chiesto di prendere un altro appuntamento . Dal nostro punto di vista dovrebbero scegliere meglio il personale che mandano a proporre i contratti . Abbiamo contattato un altra agenzia .

Dal momento in cui si parla di supporto/richiesta per consulenza tecnica... assolutamente negativa. Potessi tornare indietro, farei una scelta differente. Per le aziende è fondamentale avere un supporto tecnico rapido. In qualunque momento dell'anno, avere la necessità di supporto significa attendere diversi giorni solo per essere richiamati da un tecnico. Ieri, ponte dell'immacolata, anche l'ufficio tecnico era chiuso. Ma è possibile che un'azienda di servizi chiuda e non garantisca almeno la consulenza tecnica telefonica?
Quando mi è stata presentata ho reputato questa società affidabile ed organizzata.... purtroppo devo ricredermi.

At any time of the year, needing support means waiting several days just to be called back by a technician. Yesterday, the Immaculate Conception, the technical office was also closed. But is it possible that a service company closes and does not at least guarantee telephone technical advice?
When it was presented to me, I considered this company reliable and organized .... unfortunately I have to change my mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono solito a scrivere recensioni NEGATIVE, ma in questo caso non riesco a non farlo. Sia VALUE BF sia TIM / TELECOM sono assolutamente da evitare! Abbiamo fatto un contratto con TIM / TELECOM con il supporto di VALUE BF, ma (fin da subito!) abbiamo avuto tanti problemi di disservizio e di mancato rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali........
I'm not used to writing NEGATIVE reviews, but in this case I can't help but. Both VALUE BF and TIM / TELECOM are absolutely to be avoided! We made a contract with TIM / TELECOM with the support of VALUE BF, but (right away!) We had many problems of disservice and non-compliance with the contractual conditions ........
