Impronte di dita all'interno delle camere, macchie varie sempre all'interno...antiestetiche e visibili anche a distanza di oltre un metro. Si sono rifiutati di intervenire nuovamente, poco professionale. Mai più. Porto sia il vetro originale che la gattaiola e lascio da loro la gattaiola su loro indicazione per prendere le misure. Faccio montare tutto al falegname che lamenta il foro troppo preciso tendente allo stretto. Oggi, dopo 4 gg, trovo una crepa che parte dal foro verso l'angolo della finestra. Forse il primo freddo ha fatto contrarre il vetro, boh, non è il mio lavoro..... Invio la foto via mail e spiego il problema per una sostituzione del vetro. Niente, la colpa è ancora mia perché il falegname non doveva montarla. Cioè loro hanno fatto delle misure pressapochiste e la responsabilità è del falegname.... Mi dicono di portargli il vetro senza NESSUNA GARANZIA DI SOSTITUZIONE. Ora: il falegname per togliere e rimettere il vetro va pagato e loro non vogliono rispondere per il loro lavoro svolto male. Cosa mi rimane: una bella recensione negativa con l'intento di scoraggiare la gente ad acquistare da loro. I have an insulated chamber glass made with a hole for the cat flap.
