★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo la necessità di sostituire i serramenti, mi sono recato da "G.R. serramenti" per avere dei ragguagli. Uffici ed esposizione molto ordinati, personale disponibile e gentile. Sono stato accolto dal sig. Daniele un giovane commerciale molto educato, preparato e pronto a delucidare tutti i prodotti a me necessari. Tanto mi è bastato per sottoscrivere il contratto di vendita. Un ringraziamento particolare anche al Geometra Daniele, persona gentile e concreta, che si è apprestato a prendere tutte le misure per potere collocare nel migliore dei modi i miei serramenti, i cassonetti e le zanzariere. Un grazie anche alla sig.ra Elisa, molto gentile e paziente nello stilare tutte le documentazioni necessarie. Questo è quanto posso confermare per quanto riguarda l'acquisto. Per quanto concerne la posa in opera del tutto, mi permetterò di esprimere il mio modesto giudizio a lavori terminati. Azienda che consiglio, per i motivi sopra esposti.
 Having the need to replace the windows, I went to "G.R. serramenti" to get some information. Very tidy offices and exhibition, helpful and kind staff. I was greeted by Mr. Daniele a very polite young salesman, prepared and ready to explain all the products I need. That was enough for me to sign the sales contract. A special thanks also to the Surveyor Daniele, a kind and concrete person, who has prepared to take all the measures to be able to place my windows, bins and mosquito nets in the best possible way. Thanks also to Mrs. Elisa, very kind and patient in drawing up all the necessary documentation. This is what I can confirm regarding the purchase. As for the installation of the whole, I will allow myself to express my humble opinion once the work is finished. Company that I recommend, for the reasons set out above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo chiesto un preventivo e dopo qualche giorno siamo stati contattati da Daniele un ragazzo gentilissimo che ha preso in carico la nostra pratica, dopo avergli mandato delle misure di massima ci ha fornito un preventivo e ci ha invitato presso lo showroom dove ci ha mostrato con competenza e disponibilità i modelli e i materiali.
Ha seguito anche il sopralluogo del geometra e la stesura del contratto restando a nostra disposizione per ogni evenienza. Gentilissime anche le signore dell'ufficio commerciale.
Ora siamo in attesa della posa ma al momento possiamo ritenerci estremamente soddisfatti..

We asked for a quote and after a few days we were contacted by Daniele a very kind guy who took charge of our practice, after sending him some rough measures he provided us with a quote and invited us to the showroom where he showed us with competence and availability of models and materials.
He also followed the survey of the surveyor and the drafting of the contract, remaining at our disposal for any eventuality. The ladies of the sales office are also very kind.
Now we are waiting for the installation but at the moment we can be extremely satisfied ..

I needed to replace my fixtures due to a thermal and maintenance problem. I turned to G.R.SERRAMENTI and here I found great availability, competence and professionalism. Il Sig. Gianluca ci ha seguito, con molta professionalità nella scelta dei nostri nuovi serramenti, i posatori Andrea e Antonio, coppia vincente, hanno concluso l'opera con molto impegno e precisione lasciando la casa alla fine del loro lavoro perfettamente in ordine. e il risultato è stato fantastico, siamo molto soddisfatti.
