Non ho avuto assistenza post vendita di nessun tipo nemmeno per la sostituzione delle guarnizioni del box doccia. Ora dovrò cambiare il box doccia a causa di questo. Ho dovuto rifare il foro per una porta interna 2 volte , a mie spese, perché le misure indicate dal proprietario erano sbagliate. Scritte da lui personalmente sulla parete. L'impresario che ha fatto il lavoro lo ricorda ancora. Prestate molta attenzione a ciò che viene scritto sull'ordine...l'importo potrebbe essere diverso da quello concordato a voce con il proprietario, come è capitato a me. Prestate molta attenzione. Fidarsi è bene...non fidarsi è meglio. Controllate bene gli importi se corrispondono a quelli concordati.
After being a customer of this company, I would not recommend it to anyone. I consider it a very bad experience. I had no after-sales assistance of any kind, not even for the replacement of the shower cubicle gaskets. Now I will have to change the shower stall because of this. I had to redo the hole for an interior door 2 times, at my expense, because the measurements indicated by the owner were wrong. Written by him personally on the wall. The impresario who did the work still remembers it. Pay close attention to what is written on the order ... the amount may be different from that agreed orally with the owner, as it happened to me. Pay close attention. Trusting is good ... not trusting is better. Check the amounts carefully if they correspond to those agreed.
