★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 5 nights here, it's off the beaten path which is nice, and a short walk from the Vaporettos. Nice courtyard with a picnic table to sit and have a glass, our room (#6) overlooks a small canal, which was gorgeous until the garbage barge comes at 6am and makes a huge racket. Room was clean, but we noticed that there are no smoke detectors. The "Breakfast" part is just croissants and coffee on a tray in your room, don't expect any sit down meals here. Grocery store nearby helped with food. Small language barrier with the owner, was hard to communicate. Be prepared to pay your tourist tax up front !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched an accommodation that is easy to access from the airport, is close to the center and at reasonable price. For me was the price for the studio 6 acceptable.
We came by bus at the water bus stop and went at San Marco. In total 1hr. You need to walk about 10mins to reach the place (well desribed at the map).
Here you don't get just a room, but a flat/apartment. Bathroom is good, as well as the bed room. I could only imagine a bit better breakfast - don't be surprised that you find all the food and drink for the upcoming days at the table (jam, "croissants", milk, butter, tea and coffee)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to stay overnight in venice! I booked a room here through airbnb and it was great. The host, Michela, was extremely hospitable and very friendly. She provided detailed knowledge about good places to eat and visit in Venice, as well as detailed routes on how to navigate the confusing canals. On top of that, the room was beautiful, overlooking a private canal. It was also fully equipped with a powerful fan as well as Air conditioner. The price was extremely affordable considering the B&B's prime location, being around 10 minutes away from Piazza San Marco. I would highly reccomend this place to anyone looking to stay in the main island of Venice
