★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente i prodotti (dalle pizze, alla mattonella rustica, alla piada arrotolata) sono ottimi e, a ragione, si può definire LA MIGLIORE PUCCIA DELLA CITTÀ! Peccato per l'attesa e le prenotazioni ad orario MAI RISPETTATE! Un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare il servizio: dato l'alto numero di richieste per la qualità del prodotto, perché non aumentare il personale al bancone così da soddisfare un maggior numero di clienti ma, soprattutto, per dare a voi stessi la possibilità di lavorare con maggior calma e serenità e, senza affanni???????? Anche perché, dato il periodo di pandemia, dover attendere il proprio turno, dopo aver prenotato, per tanto tempo sullo stretto marciapiede in tanti, intasando tra l'altro il passaggio dei viandanti, crea assembramenti inutili (che si potrebbero evitare con una migliore organizzazione) oltreché pericolosi!
Surely the products (from the pizzas, to the rustic tile, to the rolled piada) are excellent and, with good reason, it can be defined THE BEST PUCCIA IN THE CITY! Too bad for the wait and reservations NEVER RESPECTED! A small suggestion to improve the service: given the high number of requests for product quality, why not increase the staff at the counter so as to satisfy a greater number of customers but, above all, to give yourself the opportunity to work with greater calm and serenity and, without worries ???????? Also because, given the pandemic period, having to wait for one's turn, after having booked, for a long time on the narrow sidewalk in many, blocking the passage of travelers, among other things, creates unnecessary gatherings (which could be avoided with a better organization ) as well as dangerous!
