Dopo circa tre ore riesco a giungere in prossimità della sedia per la compilazione della scheda anagrafica dove una poveretta ausiliaria o infermiera registrava i dati personali. Dopo averla attesa per un'altra mezz'ora, ho deciso di mollare tutto ed andare in un altro pronto soccorso, dove in circa due ore ho fatto tutto, analisi, visita generale, ECG, visita neurologica, diagnosi e prime cure, nonché terapia per 12 giorni. Allora delle colpe forse ci sono e sicuramente non sono dei poveretti che lavorano in quella bolgia infernale, forse chi dirige e, sicuramente guadagna moltissimo, dovrebbe avere l'umiltà di dire che capisce poco e trovare qualcuno che sappia fare funzionare meglio le cose. Ma si può fare decidere ad una guardia giurata l'urgenza o meno di un paziente?troppo fa anche lei poveretta. Ma il primario dov'è? M	Marina Adduci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia nuora ha aspettato ore senza essere visitata ..ore con la schiena tutta storta dovuta a problemi ad una vertebra della colonna..il centralino che non risponde,gli infermieri che dicono di aspettare...DAVVERO UNA VERGOGNA..e non ci sono scusanti per questo! Nessuno, tranne tre pistoleros (guardie giurate) che respingono i parenti tipo saloon, ti dà notizie. Hanno creato un prefabbricato, con bagno, sedie ecc. per il pubblico ma non è a Norma.!!!!!per cui è inagibile... Questo disservizio è inconcepibile.... Ma nessuno fa niente.... Discomforting .... Capisco lo stress ma chi chiede di sapere non lo fa per divertimento e dietro c'è quasi sempre sofferenza. Forse andrebbe ripensato il modo di rapportarsi con i parenti dei ricoverati. Se manca qualcosa ai vostri cari andate a recuperarli "all'ufficio spogli" dell'Italpol dentro il San camillo. Spesso questa informazione viene omessa. In the emergency room, dentures and valuables are removed for non self-sufficient patients. If your loved ones are missing something, go and retrieve them from the Italpol "bare office" inside the San Camillo. Often this information is omitted.

Grund des Besuchs - geschwollener Knöchel nach umknicken und ohne Diagnose keine Orthese! Nach 6Std. Mit Diagnose und Rezept wieder entlassen. Der Ablauf ist sehr schlecht organisiert. Die Behandlung selber war ok. On Sunday after 5 hours only personal details were taken and COVID rapid test made. Only one doctor for all emergencies! Reason for the visit - swollen ankle after twisting and no orthosis without diagnosis! After 6 hours Dismissed with a diagnosis and a prescription. The process is very badly organized. The treatment itself was ok.

Mi sono recato di sera verso le 22 per un dolore al torace, dopo più di 2 ore in attesa per essere visitato, chiedevo informazioni e mi veniva dichiarato che c'erano pazienti più urgenti. Confrontandomi con altri pazienti in attesa, scoprivo che due di questi erano li da più di 14 ore. Ambienti sporchi, con insetti morti sul pavimento e disordine generale, porte scorrevoli di accesso da aprire a mano in quanto rotte. Per non parlare poi della diffusa scortesia e noncuranza del personale. SHAMEFUL. È rimasto per 10 ore senza essere visitato e senza diagnosi. Io e i miei genitori non siamo stati contattati e abbiamo passato le penne dell'inferno. Siamo riusciti a ritrovarlo solo grazie ai carabinieri. Veramente da denuncia, una vergogna italiana. I wish you never stop there.
