Ritirano materiale usato e sono molto professionisti. Bellissimo il reparto vintage. Hanno due negozi. Anche a Varese. L'unico in zona. Bravi. Bose 901- 301. The latest. New to pat. Kind Ivan. You find everything you need for a great hifi system. They collect used material and are very professional. Beautiful vintage department. They have two shops. Also in Varese. The only one in the area. Well done.

Proprietario gentilissimo e cordiale pronto ad ogni spiegazione richiesta. Ottimo! Dimenticavo ha anche una sala con apparecchi di seconda mano praticamente nuovi e vintage! Well equipped with very sophisticated hi fi devices ... able to repair my Bose 321 that the same bose didn't repair because it was out of production! Very kind and friendly owner ready for any explanation required. Great! I forgot it also has a room with second-hand equipment that is practically new and vintage!

Consegno un telefono per una riparazione , mi propongono il cambio della batteria che pago 180 euro !! e mi rendono l'apparecchio dopo 6 mesi non funzionante . Non hanno nemmeno verificato se il loro "lavoro" avesse sortito effetto positivo e quindi al ritiro non m hanno comunicato nulla . l'ho scoperto al ritorno a casa. Dilettanti allo sbaraglio !! Disarming experience !! I deliver a phone for a repair, they offer me a battery change for 180 euros !! and make me the device after 6 months not working. They did not even verify if their "work" had had a positive effect and therefore they did not communicate anything to me when they retired. I found out when I got home. Amateurs in disarray !!

Non essendo affatto pratica, necessitavo di tante informazioni e spiegazioni, a partire dalle basi. Prima di arrivare da Proline, ho girato più di un punto vendita ma, a causa di un servizio asciutto e a volte quasi "scocciato", non ho acquistato. E meno male! Ho contattato dapprima Proline per una breve consulenza telefonica. Nonostante la persona che ha risposto fosse in quel momento occupata con un cliente, ho ricevuto comunque le informazioni che cercavo. Mi sono poi diretta in negozio e sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta. Il signore che ho trovato (credo il proprietario) mi ha dedicato tutto il tempo necessario, ha ascoltato i miei dubbi e le mie domande, fornendo sempre risposte precise ed esaustive. Sono stata consigliata al meglio e mi sono state proposte diverse opzioni con il relativo chiaro e completo approfondimento. Il tutto corredato dalla pazienza necessaria per far comprendere ogni cosa ai neofiti, come me. Ho ovviamente acquistato con piacere e sono uscita dal punto vendita felice e appagata. È proprio vero che la differenza la fanno le persone! Grazie Proline. E a presto. I could not help but give an excellent rating. I was looking for a turntable for a Christmas present. Not being practical at all, I needed a lot of information and explanations, starting with the basics. Before arriving at Proline, I visited more than one store but, due to a dry and sometimes almost "annoyed" service, I didn't buy. And thank goodness! I first contacted Proline for a short telephone consultation. Although the person who answered was currently busy with a customer, I still received the information I was looking for. I then went to the shop and was absolutely satisfied. The gentleman I found (I believe the owner) gave me all the necessary time, listened to my doubts and questions, always providing precise and exhaustive answers. I was best advised and proposed several options with their clear and complete in-depth analysis. All accompanied by the necessary patience to understand everything to newbies, like me. I obviously bought with pleasure and left the store happy and satisfied. It's true that people make the difference! Thanks Proline. And see you soon.

Adesso, con ritrovato entusiasmo, sto di nuovo riscoprendo questa grande entusiasmante passione. Per riconfigurare un nuovo e più aggiornato sistema di ascolto, mi sono recato presso il negozio di elettronica PROLINE di Azzate. Devo complimentarmi con Ivan per la sua grande competenza, gentilezza e disponibilità e rivolgere i miei più sinceri ringraziamenti per avermi dedicato del suo tempo e la possibilità di ascoltare e confrontare alcuni dei più noti e prestigiosi marchi nella riproduzione musicale. Alcuni di questi marchi proposti da Ivan, erano per me sconosciuti e devo dire sono stati davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa per la qualità costruttiva e la fedeltà musicale espressa. Spero davvero di poter coronare questa mia nuova e rinnovata passione scegliendo i giusti componenti proposti in questo consigliatissimo negozio molto specializzato, curato e molto accogliente. I must congratulate Ivan for his great competence, kindness and availability and extend my sincere thanks for giving me his time and the opportunity to listen and compare some of the most famous and prestigious brands in music reproduction. Some of these brands proposed by Ivan were unknown to me and I must say they were really a pleasant surprise for the build quality and the musical fidelity expressed. I really hope to be able to crown my new and renewed passion by choosing the right components offered in this highly recommended, highly specialized, well-kept and very welcoming shop.
