Abbiamo verificato il nr di telefono ed era corretto, ergo con il nome che avevo lasciato lo ha sempre trovato. La pandemia ha rallentato notevolmente le mie visite in negozio. Ho chiamato più volte e mi avete detto che mi avresti richiamato. L'ultima volta ho chiamato il 06/02 e mi è stato detto che non si trovava, che forse lo avevate rottamato e che lunedì 08/02 mi avresti richiamato. Non sono stata contattata e quindi sabato 20/02 sono venuta in negozio. Il titolare, alla lecita richiesta di spiegazioni, mi ha detto più volte "non rompere le b...". Mi permetto di suggerire: non credo abbiate 1000 rumba, se non si trova per cognome, si potrebbe cercare con il nr di telefono che abbiamo verificato insieme ogni volta che sono venuta in negozio. Per concludere: sbagliare è umano, ammetterlo è il primo passo per dimostrare la volontà nel voler trovare il punto d'incontro. Peccato, 0 stelle si può. Hanno rottamato il rumba senza avvisarmi. Il nr di telefono lo avevano. Insulti dal proprietario quando sono andata in negozio a chiedere spiegazioni. Chapeau.
