G	Gianluca C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao a tutto voglio commentare un esperienza un po così così, ovvero sto arrecando un nuovo appartamento e ho di bisogno di elettrodomestici, ovviamente nuovi, entro in questo negozio non ponendo nessun baget ed acquisto frigo, lavastoviglie, asciugatele, lavatrice. Tengo a precisare che sia la lavatrice che la lavastoviglie vanno in cucina già arredata, un ottimo prezzo, la commessa M. Ci fa anche un piccolo sconto su mia richiesta, 2 4 k€ compresa trasporto e istallazione. Tre gg. dopo arrivano per l'istallazione, come ripeto cucina già arredata salgono con tutto attaccano la lavatrice perfetto, la lavastoviglie no perché non entrava nel vano (dove c'era già un altra lavastiviglie) poi successivamente maneggiando io stesso con un po di sforzo è entrata, il frigorifero posizionato in digabonale con angolo a 15 gradi ? ( la mia compagna che era presente chiede il motivo) per far sì che la porta si chiude da sola, accendo subito il frigo e basta, raccolgono l'imballo e vanno. Peccato che dopo solo 10 min il frigo Samsung incomincia a riscaldarsi in maniera importante e fare un rumore abbastanza intenso, così interpellato al lavoro dalla mia compagna gli dico subito di staccare il frigo dalla presa elettrica e che poi l'avremmo attaccato il giorno successivo. In effetti il giorno dopo posizionato in maniera corretta da me a L non in diagonale 15 gradi ed acceso il frigo non ha fatto nessun rumore. Consiglio l'acquisto degli elettrodomestici ma l'istallazione e meglio farla da soli. La gentile signora alla cassa prende i dati del mio ordine, prende il telefono e mi dà il prezzo da pagare. Chiedo cortesemente che venga applicato lo sconto di 70 euro ma mi spiega che non è valido per ordini online. Le faccio cortesemente notare che il volantino recita che lo sconto può essere fatto anche per ordini online e ritiro in negozio ma non c'è stato niente da fare. Concludo la recensione mettendo una stella a Unieuro, attribuendola al negozio e alla catena per mancanza di informazioni corrette e condivise con gli store. P.S. A seguito della gentile risposta del proprietario, avevo letto la promo e si chiedeva di indicare il codice sconto 70GALAXYSERIEA. Purtroppo ne' il sito Unieuro, ne' l'applicazione riconoscevano tale codice come valido. Per questo la mia recensione coinvolgeva anche la catena perché non permetteva quanto indicato nella promo che il proprietario mi ha consigliato gentilmente di leggere.
