v	vittorino medeot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accogliente locale dove assaporare buone cose.Soffitto originalissimo fatto di sacchi da caffe',Tavoli di legno massiccio,possente;un banco tempestato di tavole grezze di stagionato legno che invitano ed accoglieno!Buonissima Birra Ambrata( ma non solo quella),Menù x tutte le gole/tasche...Per ultimo ma di primaria importanza,Personale gentile,sorridente e professionale!!!Da rifare CTRL!!! Cozy place where you can savor good things. Very original ceiling made of coffee bags, massive wooden tables; a bench studded with rough boards of seasoned wood that invite and welcome! Very good Amber Beer (but not only that), Menu for all the gorges / pockets ... Last but not least, kind, smiling and professional staff !!! To be redone CTRL !!!

La Responsabile di sala ci ha detto che non eravamo obbligati a restare...solo perché abbiamo fatto notare la puzza di fumo che arrivava dentro.. .( è giusto da qualche anno che mi sembra sia vietato nei locali), non so se arrivava dalla veranda chiusa, dove facevano fumare o se era il personale stesso a fumare. Ci ha letteralmente offesi, ha detto che era contenta se non mettevamo più piede da loro e ci ha accusati di lamentarci per andare via senza pagare...e non avevamo ancora mangiato il cibo stava arrivando. No comment. Dovrebbero cambiare mestiere. Consiglio ad ATS di farsi un giro. Locale sporco peraltro. Bad venue. The room manager told us that we weren't obliged to stay ... just because we pointed out the smell of smoke that came inside ... from the enclosed porch, where they let smoke or if it was the staff themselves who smoked. She literally offended us, said she was happy if we didn't set foot from them anymore and accused us of complaining about leaving without paying ... and we hadn't eaten yet the food was on its way. No comment. They should change jobs. I recommend ATS to take a tour. Dirty room, however.

Dopo esserci accomodati, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il cameriere più volte per poter ordinare ed abbiamo aspettato all'incirca 30 minuti prima che venisse. Abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di prosecco e ci han portato del vino spumante, accompagnato da una ciotolina di patatine, un anello di cipolla a persona e un quadratino di pizza invisibile (freddo e duro). Ci hanno fatto pagare quando il cameriere ha servito l'ordinazione e ha detto arrivederci signori. È stata la prima e sarà anche l'ultima volta che ci vedranno. Negli anni si è modificato e rinnovato sia per la location, che per l'assortimento di cibo e bevande. Peccato che in questo periodo Covid anche qui sono spariti i buffet, riimane comunque la gentilezza e il buon servizio del personale. Ci sono delle serate movimentate e rumorose soprattutto d'estate e altre un pò più calme con l'arrivo del freddo. Il locale ha molti tavoli sia all'interno che sotto la grande veranda o anche completamente all'esterno, ed è quindi attrezzato per chi non ha il green pass! Una nota negativa sono purtroppo le condizioni dei bagni spesso trascurati nella manutenzione e nelle pulizie. Comunque siamo molto affezionati e continueremo a venire...nel complesso questo posto per noi rimane più che positivo. We have been coming to Napo for many years both to have an aperitif and to spend the evening tasting good sandwiches and excellent beers. Over the years it has changed and renewed both for the location and for the assortment of food and drinks. Too bad that in this period Covid also the buffets have disappeared here, however the kindness and good service of the staff remain. There are some lively and noisy evenings especially in summer and others a little calmer with the arrival of the cold. The restaurant has many tables both inside and under the large veranda or even completely outside, and is therefore equipped for those who do not have a green pass! Unfortunately, a negative note is the condition of the bathrooms, often neglected in maintenance and cleaning. However we are very fond of and will continue to come ... overall this place remains more than positive for us.
