Ho chiamato l’azienda a luglio 2020 per un piccolo intervento riguardante 1 dei fuochi della cucina, l’intervento ha risolto il problema solo per pochi giorni. Richiamati più volte per risolvere questo problema, non hanno mai mandato il tecnico e ,solo oggi, con un approccio verbale poco educato e molto supponente rispondono che solo dietro ulteriore pagamento (di 45€) per l’uscita verranno a controllare. Evidentemente non c’è garanzia per il lavoro svolto e il cliente non é minimamente protetto. A star is far too generous. I called the company in July 2020 for a small intervention concerning 1 of the kitchen fires, the intervention solved the problem only for a few days. Called back several times to solve this problem, they never sent the technician and, only today, with an unpolite and very opinionated verbal approach, do they reply that they will come to check only upon further payment (of € 45) for the exit. Obviously there is no guarantee for the work done and the customer is not protected in the least.

The proffessionalità and the sympathy of the technicians I liked a lot, especially the assistance that occurred in a very short time even being in a pandemic situation .. really excellent.

Edoardo Croci, in merito alla sua recensione negativa sulla 3Pservice, le ribadisco che il nostro intervento, avvenuto il mese di luglio 2020 ha conseguito solamente una semplice pulizia di un ugello del gas incrostato a causa del detersivo. La sua richiesta di assistenza è stata da noi ricevuta il giorno 20 ottobre 2020, in seguito alla quale abbiamo cercato di fissarle un secondo appuntamento. Dato che come tutti, non lavoriamo gratis, le abbiamo più volte spiegato che la chiamata andava pagata e ovviamente sarebbe stata nostra premura, nel caso ci fosse stato la necessità di sostituire qualche ricambio o rifare la pulizia dell' ugello incrostato, di farle uno sconto per accontentare il cliente, come da nostra abitudine fare. La sua arroganza nel pretendere dall'inizio di non pagare con toni molto accesi la chiamata, ha impedito il nostro intervento. Mi dispiace che nonostante le sia stato spiegato più volte al telefono, lei continua su questa linea mettendo in cattiva luce le persone oneste che lavorano e questo non è gradevole.
