Il tecnico è stato molto gentile e premuroso nel fissare un appuntamento. Tecnici molto competenti. Li consiglio a tutti. Grazie I contacted this company to repair my Candy washing machine that is no longer under warranty. The technician was very kind and thoughtful in making an appointment. Very competent technicians. Sconsigliati, sono maleducati e offensivi!!!!!! Arrivano questi 2 soggetti cafoni a casa entrano non salutano né niente. Si ostinano ed insistono nel dire che la lavastoviglie funziona correttamente quando non asciuga. Fanno un lavaggio a vuoto e non asciuga. Dicono che potrebbe essere il detersivo usato a creare questo problema??? (finish) usato quasi in tutto il mondo. Prendono compilano un foglio borbottando sul quale scrivono che il problema è risolto! Non hanno risolto proprio nulla, la lavastoviglie non ha mai asciugato. Pessimi! Incompetent and rude staff! Un pò scomodo da raggiungere e trovare perchè il navigatore ti fa arrivare nella via parallela e inoltre non c'è un'insegna. Nell'insieme sono molto soddisfatto. Very nice and helpful staff. Assistenza chiamata non risolto il caso richiamata e per telefono molto maleducati non volevano venire poi insistendo sono venuti e come risposta mi dicono deve tenerla così. Ma visembra giusto?
