c	chiara viscardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio dove ho acquistato un idropulsore Oral-B waterjet ha mandato il mio apparecchio a riparare al vostro centro REV, causa creazione di un taglio da usura del tubicino che porta acqua dal serbatoio all'impugnatura. Il problema è che l'apparecchio dopo la riparazione del tubicino mi è stato restituito danneggiato. L'acqua cola dall'impugnatura mentre dal beccuccio ne esce poca e a bassa pressione.Ho fatto presente il tutto ed il negoziante ha riferito al vostro centro REV. Vostra risposta è che si è rotta una guarnizione posta all'inserimento del beccuccio nel manico, che la guarnizione era già danneggiata e che io la devo sostituire a mie spese (40 euro). Se così fosse stato vi avrei chiesto di riparare anche questo problema e non solo il tubicino oppure avrei chiesto un preventivo e magari avrei optato per acquistare un apparecchio nuovo!! Non ricorrerò mai più al vostro centro, esperienza pessima, professionalità nulla; mi avete danneggiato l'idropulsore e mi chiedete 40 euro per riparare il vostro danno! Sono furiosa!!! The shop where I purchased an Oral-B waterjet has sent my appliance to repair at your REV center, due to the creation of a wear cut of the tube that carries water from the tank to the handle. The problem is that after the repair of the tube the device was returned to me damaged. Water leaks from the handle while little and low pressure comes out of the spout. I mentioned everything and the shopkeeper reported to your REV center. Your answer is that a gasket was inserted when inserting the spout into the handle, that the gasket was already damaged and that I have to replace it at my expense (40 euros). If this were the case I would have asked you to fix this problem too and not just the tube or I would have asked for a quote and maybe I would have opted to buy a new appliance !! I will never go to your center again, bad experience, no professionalism; you damaged my jet and you ask me for 40 euros to repair your damage! I'm furious !!!
