Per farci portare una bottiglia di vino abbiamo dovuto quasi pregare ed elemosinare la signora.. Menù adatto a chi vuole fare una dieta dimagrante, perché piatti scarsi , quantità dei piatti non corrispondente ai prezzi indicati.. G	Giacomo Sposato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto carino ma personale deludente, come i piatti, tempi di attesa di circa 30 minuti tra una portata e l'altra, buoni ma molto scarsi e nn adeguati ai prezzi del menù, cameriera maleducata e per niente professionale, mi dispiace molto xké il posto è davvero carino e con buone possibilità di incremento,peccato che lascia il tutto a desiderare. Mi sono fermato per un bicchierino di ribolla gialla che non bevevo da tempo, ottimo direi. Mi hanno servito antipasti di salumi molto buoni. Il locale è arredato in maniera curata, un po tra il vintage, retro e classico e moderno, bagni veramente top, luminosi e puliti. Atmosfera calda, accogliente. Cucina a vista. Il bancone, subito all'entrata è l'ideale per chi come me si presenta senza prenotazioni e da solo. Insomma un locale adatto a tutte le esigenze e occasioni. Well, little to say. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era ottimo. Lista vini ampia con etichette di spessore. Personale gentile ed educato. Prezzi piuttosto alti ma rapportati alla qualità offerta. Il giovane chef riesce ad equilibrare quasi la totalità dei piatti tra i vari gusti e cotture che li compongono. Si denota una buona ricerca di innovazione e sorpresa, nel saper ben sollecitare il cliente. I vini indicati, dalla bellissima e fornita cantina, sono sempre in linea coi piatti scelti, ottimizzando il palato in un perfetto equilibrio. Piatti sia di carne che di pesce, i quali vengono raccontati dal personale super gentile e preparato. Fatevi consigliare il vino dal proprietario: con noi ci ha preso in pieno. Possibilità di fare delle degustazioni culinarie e vinicole. Attenzione: il ristorante si trova in un vecchio palazzo che presenta, da generazioni, la vecchia insegna "trattoria". Al Blend 4 non si fanno cene ma si vivono esperienze. Location molto carina, arredamento minimal e di buon gusto, il linea con l'idea di cucina che viene offerta.
