★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la pizza è buonissima e la titolare molto gentile e simpatica è un vero peccato che la maggior parte delle volte non riesca a telefonare o è occupato o si inserisce il messaggio che informa sugli orari di apertura e purtroppo devo ordinare altrove.

Ottimo impasto ad altaidratazione, fatto con farine di qualità del Mulino Bongiovanni di Cambiano, leggero,alveolato,e saporito farcito con ingredienti di prima scelta,freschissimi. Le pizze sono alla pala e si possono assaggiare in tutte le varietà proposte. Io ho assaggiato pomodorini, stracciatella e pesto e pomodoro e acciughe. Entrambe davvero molto buone.Ma qui è il Paradiso della pizza e sicuramente troverete quella che più amate. Lo chef propone anche pane il sabato prodotto in molte varianti. Insomma non ci sono scuse se passate da Azzate fermatevi. Non resterete delusi.

Excellent high-hydration dough, made with quality flours from Mulino Bongiovanni di Cambiano, light, honeycomb, and tasty stuffed with first choice, very fresh ingredients. The pizzas are al pala and can be tasted in all the proposed varieties. I tasted cherry tomatoes, stracciatella and pesto and tomato and anchovies. Both are really very good, but here it is pizza heaven and you will surely find the one you love most. The chef also offers bread on Saturdays produced in many variations. In short, there are no excuses if you go to Azzate stop. You will not be disappointed.
