Il personale è molto cortese ed empatico un grazie allo staff del Dott. Solmi dotato di grande professionalità. Complimenti! Mi dispiace ma dopo qualche anno in cui ho avuto diverse esperienze con questa realtà non mi resta che dare questo giudizio. Oltretutto esperienza pessima: In un occasione, pagate 2 prestazioni intere perchè dopo poco dall'inizio di una visita un Dottore si è dovuto congedare e ha passato la "palla" ad un collega.. entrambi hanno però rilasciato un ticket a testa da pagare. Ovviamente in segreteria valutano solo ciò che vedono su carta e basta. Superficial and hasty on more than one occasion. I'm sorry but after a few years in which I have had several experiences with this reality, I just have to give this judgment. Besides bad experience: On one occasion, you pay 2 full services because shortly after the start of a visit a Doctor had to take his leave and passed the "ball" to a colleague .. both however issued a ticket each to be paid. Obviously, in the secretariat they only evaluate what they see on paper and that's it.
L	Luca Pieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo prendere un areo per esigenze lavorative, è richiesto 48h prima del volo il test molecolare. 2 settimane prima chiamo per chiedere tutte le info necessarie, orari ed ecc. Per 4 volte telefonicamente mi confermano che non è a numero limitato e che non serve la prenotazione. Il giorno che ho necessità di eseguire il test mi reco con un ora di anticipo e mi comunicano che hanno finito i numeri, 40 . Non possono fare nessuna eccezione, cerco di sentire se possiamo trovare una soluzione ma assolutamente nulla, neanche chiamare altri centri per rimediare. Zero problemi...zero serietà, per un test che dura 1 minuto, mi ritrovo a dover annullare il volo. Having to take an airplane for work needs, the molecular test is required 48 hours before the flight. 2 weeks before I call to ask for all the necessary info, timetables and etc. Four times by telephone they confirm that there is no limited number and that a reservation is not needed. The day I need to take the test I go an hour early and they tell me that they have run out of numbers, 40. They cannot make any exceptions, I try to hear if we can find a solution but absolutely nothing, not even call other centers to fix it. Zero problems ... zero seriousness, for a test that lasts 1 minute, I find myself having to cancel the flight.

C	Chiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei zero. Parlo della sezione lavoratorio prelievi. Valuto le due infermiere presenti, maleducate, poco disponibili all’informazione. Ad una semplice domanda rispondono con la voce alterata e troppo alta per la situazione. Io credo che chi ha a che fare con il pubblico debba avere un po’ di pazienza, o perlomeno L educazione necessaria. Sono andata via prima di ricevere il servizio per cui avevo atteso più di un ora, pur essendo la seconda in fila. In uno studio privato ci si aspetta altro. Mi dispiace per il nome del centro rovinato da cel rotto figure non adatte al ruolo. Pessima esperienza. Pessimo personale. Consiglio altri centri a Imola. If I could I would give zero. I'm talking about the withdrawals section. I rate the two nurses present, rude, little available to information. They answer a simple question with an altered voice that is too loud for the situation. I believe that those who deal with the public must have a little patience, or at least the necessary education. I left before receiving the service I had waited for over an hour for, despite being second in line. In private practice, more is expected. Sorry for the name of the center ruined by broken cel figures not suitable for the role. Bad experience. Bad staff. I recommend other centers in Imola.

Credo sia obbligo e di buon senso avvisare il paziente, onde evitare il viaggio a vuoto e le relative problematiche. L'ultimo appuntamento saltato era per le ore 17,50. Credo ci sarebbe stato quindi tutto il tempo per avvisare. Ci siamo affidati spesso a questo poliambulatorio, e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene. Non possiamo dire lo stesso ora. Twice, when we arrived at the scheduled time for a dermatological visit, we discovered that the doctor was absent. I believe it is a duty and common sense to warn the patient, in order to avoid the empty trip and the related problems. The last missed appointment was for 5.50 pm. I think there would have been plenty of time to advise. We have often relied on this clinic, and we have always found ourselves very well. We can't say the same now.

Fasano (di cui avevo già referenze altissime) in day surgery presso il Poliambulatorio Valsalva. Dire che mi sono trovata bene è poco. L’ambiente è pulito, ordinato, nuovo.. la degenza dopo l’intervento è stata tranquilla e socievole. Mi sono sentita a mio agio e coccolata fin da subito. Credetemi, non ho mai visto un amore, una passione, una precisione e una professionalità così sentita da parte di tutto lo staff del blocco operatorio.. la caposala Romina, sempre carinissima, super attenta e precisa, le e l’infermiere gentilissimi, l’anestesista che mi rimarrà per sempre in mente per i suoi grattini in testa prima di addormentarmi.. Non mi sarei aspettata tutto ciò. Voto massimo in tutto, stra consigliato ! On Monday 31 January I underwent a cosmetic surgery with Dr. Fasano (of whom I already had very high references) in day surgery at the Valsalva Clinic. To say that I found myself well is an understatement. The environment is clean, tidy, new .. the hospital stay after the surgery was quiet and friendly. I felt at ease and pampered right away. Believe me, I have never seen a love, a passion, a precision and a professionalism so felt on the part of all the staff of the operating block .. the head nurse Romina, always very nice, super attentive and precise, her and the nurses very kind, l 'anesthetist who will always remain in my mind for his scratches on the head before falling asleep .. I would not have expected all of this. Maximum rating in everything, recommended!
